Prom

Like you chose here comes Prom.

It might have some siliarity to Slow dance but I hope you enjoy anyway.

Laura POV

I am Laura Marano and I got asked to Prom! This one boy , Jonas , asked me today. I am so happy. Jonas and me have always had some chemestry.

I am happy HE asked me because there are not many boys I am closer to or I like more

Actually there is just one single one.

Its my Austin and Ally co-star Ross Lynch. He and me were best friends nearly since the day we first met one the A&A set.

Vanessa POV

When I got home from filming Switch at birth I hear someone crying. I opened Lauras door to find her hugging her teddy bear and crying a bit.

"Hey whats wrong?"

"Jonas is ill. He can't go to Prom with me , on Saturday." "I am sorry for you , guys , especially for him because he can't go to Prom . You still can! "

" But I won't" "Why not? Many girls are there without a boy. And you are so amazing Laura someone will ask you to dance"

"Noone will. And all the girls will laugh at me and probaly even bully me. They always do. And they won't only do it at the prom evening , but also weeks later"

Mh , Laura sounds really serious.

" So if you have a date you would go?" "Yey but there is noone" She said and I hugged her while she was still crying.

I was thinking all the time who I could ask to date Laura at the prom. I know this girls which are bullieng her really much and I know how upset Laura always gets. So I tried my best to make the prom the best night of her life . I had a very special Prom and I hope she will too.

Suddenly I faced plamed myself. The answer is so obvious!

Ross!

So I called him. "Hey , Ross!" "Hey uhm Vanessa" "I need to ask you something " "Go ahead" "Its a big flavuor ...for Laura" "I am going to do it!"

" Her prom date is ill and she don't wants to go because those girls will bully her a lot . And they will do it even if she doesn't go to Prom. " "You want be to go there with her? YEY!" He was really excited but then he calmed himself down and said " Uhm I mean I would do that for Laura , my friend" He tried to sound really cool and relaxed.

I chuckled.

Love is in the air

"You look amazing!" I told her. She really did. She was wearing a long purple dress with sparkle around her waist. I did her hair and Rydel her make up and she was just wow.

After I told her who will take her to prom she reacted excatly like Ross did. Excited but she tried to act cool.

Ross opened the door , gave her flowers , complimented her and I forced them to a little fotoshoot. "And smile. And Ross hold her closer!"

After that Ross interwined their arms and gently led her to the limo he ordered.

I know this noght will be the best of their lives...

At least I hope so.

Laura POV

When Ross first touched me for the foto I felt sparks. Like I always do. To be honest I wanted him to be my date much more than I wanted to go with Jonas.

As we got there all the girls and boys starred at us. My bullies looked at the hot boy next to me and they were speechless. Some other girls starred at Ross and I think even some boys at me. Wow this dress must be great. Even Ross said I look beautiful.

"Here goes the first dance!" Slow music was playing and all the couples did slow dance. Me and Ross did as well. It felt good us being close , his hand on my waist and mine on his shoulder and there were those sparks where our hands touched.

After a while the music changed and Ross got me something to drink.We sat with some of my friends and we talked . It was really nice.

Until Marianne , my biggest bully , came to us. " How much did she paid you ?" She asked Ross. "Who? The people from A&A or my siblings or..." "You know what I mean!" She yelled. "No I don't. Who wouldn't like to go to prom with a girl as perfect and as gorgeus as Laura?"

I was really touched by this words. He saved me and she said something so sweet.

We danced again . it was slow dance time.

In the middle of the night they chose the prom queen. Of course it wasn't me but that didn't matter at this perfect day.

Ross POV

This night was just wow.

Also my DATE (I love the sound of this. me an Laura dating! I am Lauras date! She is my date!) seemed to enjoy herself.

Until someone said through a microphon. " Now its time for the special couple dances and the Prom-kiss!"

Lauras smile fadded away. I didn't really get what this was supposed to mean but Laura let go off me and dragged me to the table.

Several couples are now on the dance floor. They are all standing REALLY close and not in a real dance position.

"Oh , poor Laura has noone who wants to dance close with her!"

Someone said and I noticed that Laura was a little upset. " You know if you want we can keep dancing" I offered. "You don't have to" She weakly smiles. "But I want to!" I grabbed her hands and pulled her back on the dance floor.

I placed my hands on both sides of her waist like all the boys do. Then she wrapped hers around my neck and we swing back and forth.

A few dances later someone told us its now time for the promkiss.

" 3 2 1 kiss!"

I id as I was told

I leaned down and gave Laura a promkiss.

It didn't last long but we all knew that the fireworks on the sky at midnight at the end of the prom weren't more then the ones we felt in this
