Needles and Spiders

This oneshot is basically about having fears. When you are scared of something you need comfort by a friend the most.

In this one shot Laura has a fear of needles but she needs to get a few. So Ross is there to comfort her. As ross tells her about his fear for spiders she is there for him and helps him overcome his fear as well.

Thats what friends are their for.

But will they be a bit more afterwards? For sure it brings them closer.....

Btw: Inspiration is a little Austin and Ally , I mean they kissed when she overcome her fear (stage fright) ... I wanted to do it with stage fright first but then I thought I should think of something new.

Okay enough stupid talk from me , lets start the story....

NO POV the complete story (I hope the start is not too bad it was a little difficult to find a good beginning)

Ross drove to the A&A set like every morning. He really enjoys it there. Filming is fun and his cast mates are his best friends. Especially Laura. Laura Marano. The girl he even has a small crush on.

When he was on the way to his dressing room Laura was standing in the way talking to her agent. "Hi " he said and got ready to film. When Laura came on set he noticed how pretty she looked again.

At lunch the four main cast members sat together . Laura was wearing a tight light pink t-shirt and skinny grey jeans with black boots. Her long hair has again those soft curls Ross likes so much.

"Hey , did you get your vanccine shots done?" Raini asked Laura pointing to the plaster on her arm. "uhm yeah sure" She said and stood up and walked away. "This was weird" Raini said. "Dude its Laura" Calum said.

Ross left them alone eating or flirting or whatever they will do. He was looking for Laura and found her in Rainis dressing room. Shes clever ,he thought , not to go in her own one, But I am more clever.

When he noticed she is crying a bit he wrapped his arm around her and hugged her (haha deep in thougts I accidently wrote "kissed " here, :D) "Hey whats wrong?" "I know it ridicoulous" "I am sure its not" "It is...I didn't get my shots done cuz I was to scared and I lied to everyone.I told my family I did them and...." "Hey , Laura. To have a fear is nothing ridicoulous"

"What are you scared of?" "uhm...Thats emberassing." "see, its emberassing" "I am a little scared of spiders" "Spiders??! But they are totally harmless" "No they aren't urgh...but needles are" "No they hurt" "I promise you they don't really hurt" " Yeah anyway I need to go..." She said and quickly stood up.

But Ross grabbed her wrist, "I am going with you to the doctor if you want" He offered and he saw her smile fade. It hurt him seeing her scared and sad but he knows it needs to be done.

"Thanks that you came with me" Laura whispered and grabbed ahold of his strong arm. "Everything will be fine" He said and gave her a comforting hug. Thats what friends are there for, right? And it was nothing else than a friends gesture . Its not like he loves having her in his arms....No!

Okay , Ross thought , you can't keep lying to yourself. You like Laura.

"Laura Marano" Then nurse called and her face went pale. "You'll be fine" I said and pulled her up. She clinged onto Ross as we followed the nurse. "Take a seat and wait here."

He had his arm around her all the time and actually it calmed laura down.

The doctor came ready to give laura her needles. Ross hold her tight as the nurse definzet her arm. He spoke softly to her but he could tell Laura was still scared. "I'll get you a big ice cream afterwards and a lot of cuddles"

He wasn't going to say the last thing out loud but he accidently did. I mean sure he wants to ucddle with her but she wasn't supposed to know.

Ross POV

"Its over in a sec, take a deep breath" The doctor said and I hold her even tighter. Due to she was really scared the doctor allowed her to sit on my lap.

Then the doctor stuck the needle in and she cried a little. I stroker her other arm a little and tried to comfort her. "And a second one" Laura looked away but she wasn't that scared anymore. Shot 3 was in her arm and she only had one more to go. It had a larger needle and the doctor said its going in her butt. There was this scared pale face again.

"It won't hurt more" The doctor said. "And you should better leave" He said to me. "NO!" Laura cried out and hold my wrist. "You have to take your pants down and you don't want him...."

"1,2,3" The doctor said and injected the last shot into her. I was holding her tight. I promised her not to look at her butt and this was really , really hard. But i didn't. I promised her.

"Thanks for being there with me" She said . We were cuddle up on the couch and ate ice cream. like I promised. It felt good.

"I have a surprise for you next thursday" Laura said and I smiled looking forward.

"Theres NO WAY I am doing this" I said. laura took me to a house full of spiders!"

"Hey. " She said softly and took my hand- "You helped me with my fear and now I will help you" I let her drag me inside the building. She was so cute when she did those puppy eyes in order to convince me.

"Spiders are totally harmless"Some man said. "Here you can touch them"

Laura POV

Ross hide behind me what was totally senseless since he is way taller than I am. I touched the spider. I don't like them but I wasn't scared.

And it totally fair that I help him this time.

I hugged him and spoke softly to him. After a while he looked at the spider, still scared but at least he didn't try to hide anymore.

"They don't do anything. Trust me. I would never let them hurt you " I said and gently placed his hand near the terarium with a little spider in while still hugging him.

After a while I knew he wasn''t as scared as at the beginning.

"If you touch this friendy spider you will get ice cream later" I promised just like did with me. " And cuddles? " "And cuddles!"

"And a kiss?" "uhm...okay" I blushed at his words. Was he joking or did he want cuddles and a kiss from me?

"Thanks for coming with me and being there for me" He said and squeezed my waist. I guess I blushed again. Not surrprising considering to all the sparks I felt. "And my kiss?" he aske dgivin me puppy eyes.

"Uhm ... I " "you promised" Kinds true...

So I kissed him a few seconds on the lips.

But he pulled me closer and kissed me again.
