Chapter 10

Akashi head back to his mansion, still wearing his cape and mask. He was having deep thought remembering what his father said.

He entered the guest room and there he saw his friends waiting for him.

"First, the barrier" the Akashi, who was already inside told Murasakibara

"Who?" Aomine curiously asked but then he removed his mask and sighed "Akashi?!" He shouted then looked at the other Akashi "Kise?"

Kise changed back to his own appearance and sighed loudly "changing to Akashicchi is really tiresome."

"Thank you Kise"

"Why do you need to do that extent, Akashi?" Midorima curiously asked Akashi

"I used my power for the barrier, and I didn't deactivate that. I felt it, someone used their memory image power, and it wasn't Kuroko. They knew now for sure that I am the prince, since if they have that power they could use that to see what I did last time. No power should be used if I use my power in that state, so it means that person is quite powerful"

"What?!"

"Then that was why you asked me to pretend as you?"

"There's that. But one more, I gave them the impression that there's other person who has power in this kingdom, and can copy someone and can also have the same power." Akashi explained "anyways, before I talk to you what the king told me, do you have anything you wanted to mention?"

"Akashi-kun, there was something that bothers me recently so I asked my parents" Kuroko looked at him then gazed down "it's about Aya-san"

"What about her?"

"Everytime I used my power and she is involved, I won't be able to see any images of it, but still I can use my power. That goes with the others. Murasakibara-kun can use his barrier if she's there, so it means we only couldn't use the image memory power when it includes Aya-san"

"My barrier indeed does work with her, but if I am trying to find her or pinpoint her exact location, the area that involves her doesn't show any images, just dark or light" Akashi turned to Kuroko and was curious to why all of a sudden

"My parents said two things, if I can't use my memory image power, then it's either the law of nature is blocking it, or she is more powerful than I am. Akashi-kun is more powerful than I am, but I noticed and remember one thing, so I told my parents about it and they told me possible answers"

"What are the possible answers?"

"If you activate your power and it's bright outside, I couldn't use my memory image power since you are more powerful than I am, so I could only see bright image, it goes with the barrier, as well as Momoi-san's power. However, we can use them when you are in your normal self"

"Ah, same with my healing power" Midorima commented "if Akashi activates his power while it is shining bright outside, my power is nullified. But we can if you are in your normal self"

"Here's the thing, I told my parents about it and they said that since you are the prince, it's understandable that your power is increasing when the sun is shining so bright. And we all know, that there's limit still. You can't activate your power if it's night, raining, or if clouds are covering the sun. But "

"Kurokocchi, what are you trying to explain? My mind isn't following"

"But Akashi-kun, you mentioned you were able to use your power when it was raining"

"Yeah, when we were washed away"

"I told my parents about it, and their faces were in grimace. They asked me what colour I could see if you two are together, and I said light and dark. They said it was the yinyang effect."
