This is second to the last period of the day and we all begged the English teacher to give it to us as a free period so we can read for chemistry and fortunately she agreed. So we're all in the classroom cramming our butts off.

"I'm scared of this chemistry oo" Anita says looking worried.

"Don't worry na, Mr Moses said it'll be quite simple" Bimbo chirps happily.

Mumu girl! Because she's an A student in chemistry.

"You too you believe him, you don't know all these teachers lie" I say eyeing her inwardly.

"Don't mind her. She's talking because it's a subject she knows" Anita says.

"If it's physics now her whole body will be shaking" 

"If you read well you'll pass" Bimbo says which earns a loud hiss from Anita and I.

Usually when midterm break is approaching I can be classified as the happiest person earth but this term I'm far from that reason being Alex is back and school is my escape from him.

I have to scheme different ways to stay away from him all through the midterm break and trust me it's going to be hard.

I'm pulled out of my thoughts by the presence of Aaron who just took a seat beside me. He hasn't spoken to me since the incident at my house.

Also he's been acting very strange and he's ignoring me.

I asked Ayo and Bimbo what's up with him since they're the closest to him but apparently even they don't know what's going on.

"Aaron can we talk" I say whispering to him.

He doesn't say anything. He probably didn't hear me.

"Aaron" I say more audibly.

Still no answer

"Aaron"

This guy is definitely snubbing me.

"Aaron" I say tapping him violently.

"What the fuck do you want?"!! He shouts anger booming in his voice.

I flinch at his outburst and Anita and Bimbo are also shocked by it. Everyone in the classroom just stares at us.

"I just wanted to check something in your chemistry notes" I say.

"Take it" He says throwing his note at me.

Then he gets up and leaves the class.

"Don't feel bad, he's slipping into a past phase" Bimbo says sympathy in her voice.

"Alright" I say going through his note.

I need his note because I know he always jots down everything that is said by Mr Moses during class and he also jots every single thing written on the board.

The bell rings to signify next period has started, everyone starts packing up their books so we can go to chemistry lab.

Wee file in as quietly as we can, nobody wants him to minus mark from test that we already know we will not pass.

I can literally hear everyone muttering silent prayers as he distributes the answer scripts.

"Now I will state the rules before we start" Mr Moses says.
