Aarons P.O.V

In every friendship circle that goes to the club to hang out or party there's always that one friend who takes it upon his or her self to remain sober or at least be mildly drunk.

In our friendship circle that person is me. My friends always get wild once alcohol is involved.

I thought tonight would be different, since we're older and more mature but I thought wrong.

"Guy loosen up a bit, you haven't had a single drink" Ayo says sitting in the empty space beside.

Now that was a lie. I've had drinks and downed some shots and I think I'm okay for one night.

I turn to face him and it's very obvious that he is drunk but he has a gift no matter how much he drinks him never gets a hangover, so he drinks to his hearts content whenever he gets the chance.

"I'm done drinking tonight" I say bluntly.

"You are no fun, look at your woman over there having the time of her life" Ayo says pointing over to where the girls where.

I look over to where the girls are and they are having fun that's very evident. They are dancing and swaying to the music. I focus my attention and Naomi and mesmerized.

She is the paragon of beauty as usual we show she stood out from the other people surrounding her. She looked happy and that's all that matters to me.

"We'll be leaving soon" I say to Ayo and disappointment clouds his face.

"It's too early" he says.

Last time I checked it was already twenty seven minutes after ten.

"Where's Tyrone?" I ask.

As if he heard me, he immediately appeared beside me.

"Guy, time is going" he says.

Tyrone, after me is the only sane one when we go to club. He didn't drink tonight because he's the one driving Anita and Temi home.

"Let's hit the road, se you are still dropping Bimbo and Temi home?" I ask him.

"Yup and at this rate I'll be dropping Ayo to that guy can't drive in his state" he says carefully scrutinizing Ayo.

"Ayo's house is pretty far though, I'll give you the house keys so you can let yourself in" I say.

"Alright" he says getting up.

I reach into my pocket and give him my house keys.

"It's time to end this party"

Naomi's P.O.V

For some reason unknown to me, I can't sleep. I've tried every possible way that usually gets me fast asleep but today nothing is working.

My friends really did a lot for me. I was deeply touched as I wasn't expecting any of it.

I didn't even know that they remembered my birthday. I think the best part of the whole day was when I danced with Aaron. We didn't dance for too long but it was something.

We kissed a few times but I wanted something more than a kiss.

I tossed around in the bed for a while before getting up. I open the door and head to the kitchen.
