I laugh my lungs out when I saw how my brother's cheeks and ears turn red. It's been three days since I almost saw him doing the 'thing' and that is also how long I kept on annoying him. It bothered me for a while.... Well, like twelve hours. But then I realized what's there to be bothered about. Besides the fact that I almost have seen it, there's nothing really wrong about it. I mean it's inevitable, it's basically part of human nature and his of legal age already and that is what matters. I respect his decision of doing 'it' already but for me I want to wait until marriage or if I finally saw the guy worthy of me. Nawala na rin naman sa isipan ko 'yon well it's not like may iba ng bumabagabag sa utak ko because that's ridiculous. Ano naman ang pwedeng gumulo sa utak ko right? Whatever.

Nandito kami ni kuya sa game room at nag lalaro ng Ps4 ng biglang pumasok ang isa sa mga kasambahay namin.

"Naanjan na po si ser ma'am pinapatawag kayong dalawa para kumain" she politely said. Nag katinginan lang kami ni kuya at na pag pasiyahang bumaba na.

Tahimik akong kumakain habang nag uusap si kuya at dad para sa tutuloyan niya ka pag nasa manila na siya..... Siya kaya? Bakit dito pa din siya nag aaral I mean he can literally go to Manila or even U.S for college. Alam ko ay matalino siya at kayang kaya ng pamilya niyang pag aralin siya sa mas magaganda pang unibersidad pero bakit napili niyang manatili dito? Wait, does it mean he finally realized that I'm the good one and not that insect girl? Well, he did apologize to me right? Does that mean we can be civil towards each other?

Or even friends? Or maybe that's too much.

Well. That's not really too much and it's not like I want to be friends with him or something

"Blaise!" nahulog ko ang hawak na kutsara at tinidor dahil sa malakas na tawag saakin ng aking ama. Nahihiya akong tumingin sakaniya. Nakita kong nakakunot ang noo ni Royce. Damn. Am I too preoccupied?

"I'm sorry dad. What is it?" I said and grab my glass of water and drink. He wiped his mouth with a napkin first before talking

"I have a job for you tomorrow. I've decided that it's time for you to know more about our family business since you're going to be 18 soon" He said while looking at me intently.

This is my chance. My chance to prove to him that I am worthy of his name, that I can be an asset to this family and not a liability he should look out for.

"I will going to do my best dad" nakangiti kong sabi kahit hindi pa siya tapos sa pag eexplain. Tumikhim siya at nag patuloy sa pag sasalita.

"The Calaruega is thinking of having a membership to our resort. Kristopher and I talked earlier and he's going to send his son to check out the place. I've heard that they've been looking for a place where they can hold his sister's pre-wedding shoot and also a place to celebrate the engagement. Bantayan Island is one of their options. Now, I want you to tour the eldest Calaruega and made sure that we are going to be their final option. Understand?"

The eldest? Kristopher Calaruega's son? Kol? Am I hearing it right? Bakit ako? I mean, kuya obviously know more about the Coalesce so bakit hindi nalang siya? Wait. Shit. No. Ano naman ngayon kung si Kol 'yon? Making my father proud should be my top priority tsaka Kol is basically a stranger to me right? I mean we're not friends.
