Currently, technology is going above and beyond; I mean, under these hard times with COV-19. But everyone is trying to find a way to cure it in the best of their abilities!
I read a magazine article on how doctors, scientists, and businessmen are considering the development of A.I. machines to take over parts in jobs to ensure safety of avoiding the spread of COV-19. It will also reduce health care costs, which ultimately benefits our society positively. Machines also never make a single flaw, but humans do; that's humanity.
It was very interesting: seeing all these changes affecting society for hopefully the greater good.
I woke up with a bright smile on my face and thought, "Maybe I finally beat him in waking up early!" so I called him and guess what?
He beat me again! I mean, ridiculous! It was like 6:30 in the morning, and apparently, he woke up at 6:00 A.M.
Everyone knows that I'm not the brightest person in the morning, but at least I try sometimes. That's the truth. I was so excited that it was Friday, so after school, I could take a nap.
I had a couple classes before faculty work time, which is when I usually knit blankets for the MSAG while watching some netflix or youtube.
So I wanted to do one thank you today! Thank you to my Spanish teacher at Tower Hill! Thank you for inspiring me to challenge myself outside my comfort zone for Spanish! I really appreciate it, and most importantly, thank you so much for always meeting with me before quizzes and assessments for review! It means a lot to me!
I am currently watching Glee on netflix, where it teaches you that dreams could come true, and you just have to believe in yourself because anything can happen.
Afterwards, I had lunch with both of my parents, and we watched Midway, which taught us that war is inevitable but with teamwork, anything can happen, including victory.
I recommend watching Midway since it is a true event that accorded during World War II. It is a phenomenal movie with fantastic imagery.
So some advice I learned from youtube if you cannot get up in the morning or have trouble doing so is to put your phone on a different table with the alarm set, where you have to walk in order to turn it off. Since you are already walking, you are up. Just a small thing I learned.
There are many projects that are due pretty soon. I'm very stressed because I am currently planning when to work on it.
My mom and I baked chocolate chip cookies together, which was very fun, and great that we bonded for mother and daughter time.
Afterwards, I helped my mom clean up the kitchen and wash dishes as the smell of fresh baked cookies filled the room when she opened the oven. My favorite smell in the whole world because it is really sweet and flavorful.
Later, I made sushi for dinner with my parents. I love making sushi and learning from youtube. Honestly, you can learn anything on youtube; best thing ever!
Meanwhile, we watched the first Kingsman movie. I honestly love this movie and wish I could be a Kingsman.
After the movie, I facetimed him for an hour or so, and we talked about life things, video games, and etc. A perfect day!
