Chapter Twenty-Two

Amber's POV

"Child? I thought y'all are sisters" Jenny said confused "Well Jessica said she's basically like our child I don't know how but I didn't feel like questioning it so I just went along with it." I explain. I parked the car,Unlocked the house door and Amelia and Jenny ran upstairs.

I went to my room and did my homework.

Amelia's POV

"Amelia are you okay?" Jenny asked "Yeah Jen why wouldn't I be?" I lied "You know you don't have to lie to me we're friends and I can see right through you." She said while holding my hands. I felt a spark,she must of felt it too because she pulled her hands away. Which made me kinda sad.

"Are you hungry?" I asked her to ease up the tension. "Sure" she said quietly "Alright let me go tell Amber to order us pizza." I said, she nodded. She's been quite ever since we got out of school. I caught her staring at me sometimes but I really didn't want to make assumptions.

I walked into Amber room "Hey Amber can we order pizza?" I said to her. "Yeah sure pass me my phone off of my bed." I walked over to her bed and put her phone on the desk. "Get pepperoni please." She nodded so I went out of the room and went back to mines.

"Hey Jen you okay?" I asked she nodded her head. "Are you sure because you've been way to quite." "I just been thinking how can anyone cheat on someone as pretty as you?" I blushed at her words "thanks and to answer your question I don't know I lost my boyfriend and a best friend but at least I have you." I said hugging her. I felt so comfortable hugging her and started having this weird feeling in my stomach.

"Hey Jen?"

"Yeah?"

"Thank you"

"For what?"

"For always being there for me" I told her in all honesty. She smiled at me which caused the feeling in my stomach to grow.

I heard the door and Amber yelling that she got it. Me and Jenny went downstairs anyway. Amber was in the kitchen when someone knocked on the door again. I opened it and it was Emily.

"Emily what are you doing here?" I asked confused. "What happened to my sister?" She asked angrily. "What do you mean." "She came home crying" She stated "And?" I asked her not really caring. She was about to say something but someone tapped her. "What" she barked out angrily

"explain this to me, why did you show up to this house to yell at Amelia because you sister came home crying." Jessica asked calmly

"That's her best friend" She must not know.

"Was her best friend." Jessica stated How did she even know? "If you really wanna find out what happened go ask your sister what happened she'll probably tell you her own little lie. So I want to you to make sure that she tells the exact story. Bye" with that Jessica pushed her out and closed the door.

I ran to Jessica and hugged her. "Thank you so much." I said while hugging her. "No problem honey now where's your sister in all of this?" She asked curiously. "I think she's in the kitchen" "okay oh and hi I'm Jessica" she said looking at Jenny.

"Hi I'm Jenny" Jen said as she caught up with time. Amber came out and saw Jessica. "Hey princess" she said "Hey Amby" Jessica said while memorizing Amber. "Aww ain't they cute" Jenny whispered in my ear. That whisper sent a shiver down my back. I nodded my head remembering she asked a question.

"You guys wanna watch a movie?" Before we could answer Mom walked through the door. "Are you girls okay?" She asked worriedly "Yeah we're fine we was about to watch a movie do you wanna join?" Jessica asked. "Sure let me just change my clothes so start the movie." Mom said while walking to her room.

"Jessica go start the movie, I'll get the snacks, Amber and Jenny go get blankets." They all nodded and went off in separate directions. Me and Jessica walked together because the movie room and the kitchen was near each other. "So do you like Jenny?" Jessica asked curiously. "To be honest Jessica I don't know." "Well I guess that's good because she looks at you with love in her eyes." "She does?"

I feel so dense right now. "Yeah she does it's cute." She said while walking into the movie room. I got to the kitchen and got us some snacks.
