Chapter Thirty-Nine

9 Years later

Amber's POV

"Arianna come on" Julianna called for her twin, 3 years ago me and Jessica decided that we wanted kids and now we got our beautiful twin daughters. "Julia please go get your sister." Jessica said coming into the kitchen. Julia ran to her sister's room "hey baby how did you sleep?" I said as I kissed her head. "it was good how about you?" she said kissing me. "It was amazing since you was there." I said which made her blush "So do you got any photoshoots today?" I asked her giving her some coffee "I do actually and after I'll pick up the girls from school." She said

"Yay mommy is picking us up from school." the twins says running into the kitchen "I'm offended" I said "Don't worry momma we love when you pick us up too." Arianna says. "Are you guys ready?" the twins nodded, I looked at Jessica she nodded. "alright everyone in the car." Jessica said, the twins ran to the garage. "Honey if you take me your going to be late." Jessica said as we are walking to the garage "don't worry about it Jess besides I'm the boss." I said as I opened the car door for her. "I feel like you take that for granted." Jessica said as she is buckling up the girls. "I don't they know my reasons and they are fine with it" I said as Jessica buckled up her seat belt. "okay just hurry up so the girls won't be late."

I pulled out of the garage "Momma can we listen to some calm music?" Julia asked. The girls like listening to calm music in the morning on their way to school thanks to Jessica. "Sure" I said as Jessica turned on the soft music.

"Alright girls we're here." Jessica says as we unbuckle their seatbelts. I held Julia while Jessica held Arianna. "Good morning." Ms.Charlie said she's is very nice and sweet. "Good morning Ms.Charlie" the twins says running into the room after giving us a hug. "Good morning Ms. Charlie how is your morning going?" Jessica asked "Good how have you been." She asked us "We're fine but we have to go." I said to her "I'll see you guys later." We said bye then went to the car.

I parked in front of the building for Jessica's photoshoot. "Bye babe." She said as she kissed me. "Bye Jess." I said as she got out the car. Then I drove off to work, I'm a businesswoman. I own a lot of buildings,stores,etc. Most people are scared of me but sometimes I don't mind.

I walk into the building and go to Jayla's office. "Hey Jayla." "Hey boss." Jayla is my assistant so she handles everything. I'm not bias Jayla worked for her place, she would always ask for extra hours.

"So what's up today?" I asked as I sat in the chair in front of her desk. "Just a meeting." "Okay." There was a knock on the door. "Come in." Jayla says door opens revealing Jennifer. "Hey bae Hey Amber." "Hey Jen." Me and Jayla says at the same time "I'm gonna go to my office." I said getting up.

"Okay see you later." Jennifer said I waved bye to them then went to my office. I settled down and looked at my schedule as the phone rang, I picked up. "Ms. White there's someone hear to see you." Peter from the desk said. "Okay send them up." "They're on the elevator now Miss." "okay thank you." I said hanging up the phone.

A few minutes later there's a knock "come in." The person comes in it's Amelia and Jenny. "Hey Mia and Jenny." I said going to hug them. "Hey big sis." "Hey Amber." They both said hugging me back. "We just came to visit." "That's good because I have to go to a meeting in 20 minutes." We talked for the next 20 minutes about life. Then I went to my meeting.

We made a plan to build a modeling studio that I suggested for Jessica and other people.

Now It's time for me to go home,after the meeting I've been in my office filling out papers for the new buildings. I get my stuff together and turn my office lights off. My phone starts ringing it's the special ringtone I got for Jessica. I answered it "Hey baby are you on your way home?" Jessica asks "Yeah I'm about to head to my car." I said walking out the building.

"Can you pick up some ice cream? The girls wanna make brownies and we don't have any ice cream." She said as I got in my car. "Okay I'll stop by the grocery store." "Thank you. Love you." "Love you too." I said before Jessica hung.

I drove to the grocery store and got two tubs of ice cream and chocolate syrup. I drove home when I walked in the door I was ambushed by the twins. "Momma your finally home." Julianna said "I am and I got the ice cream." I said holding up the bag. They dragged me into the kitchen "Hey babe the food you smells amazing." I said as I kissed her cheek then moved passed her to put the ice cream away.

"Thank you Amby I already set up the stuff for the brownies so can you mix them together so I can put them in the oven." I nodded and started on the brownie mix with the help of the twins. When we was finished and the brownies was in the oven I let the twins lick the spoon and bowl.

"Okay girls stop you'll ruin your appetites." Jessica said from the stove, I was setting up the table. The twins stopped after Jessica said that.

When we finished eating the timer for the brownies went off. "I got it." I said  heading towards the oven and took the brownies out. "Girls these have to cool down so come on let's go take your baths." "Okay momma." The twins said.

I bathed Arianna while Jessica bathed Julia. When I was done I put on her dragon pajamas. The girls got a weird obsession with dragons so I wasn't surprised when Julia was wearing the same dragon pajamas.

"Can we have brownies now?" Julia asked "yeah it should be cool by now." Jessica said we went to the kitchen and got the brownies,ice cream,and chocolate syrup. We sat there just watching a movie, laughing at the funny parts and just enjoying each other's presence.
