~Chapter 14~

"I would like you all to go now, but first," Lord Hokage said. "There's one last thing we must do for the finals."

"Hey come on! I need to start training now!" Naruto yelled, making (Y/N) jump a little.  The Hokage didn't expect anything different from Naruto though. "Now then don't be so impatient. There are slips of paper inside the box Anko is holding, each of you take one."

Anko walked to each of the examiners, each one taking one piece of paper. (Y/N) and Naruto glances at each other's papers then looked to one another, shrugging. Neji was glancing at Naruto, trying to figure out his number. "All right, does everybody have one now?" Everybody nodded. "Then now, starting from the left, each of you read out the numbers on your slips of paper."

Kankuro started. "5." Temari next. "7." Naruto, "I got 1!"

The sound ninja, "8." Shino, "6." Neji, "2." Shikamaru, "9." And lastly, Gaara, "3."

Ibiki wrote on his clipboard again. "So Uchiha will be number four..."

"Good!" The Hokage said. "And now I will reveal the match order for the tournament finals!"

"What?!" Naruto yelled, Shikamaru asked the question everybody wanted to ask. "So was that what the drawing was for?!"

"Well Ibiki, show them the pairings." The Hokage said and I Ik I held out his clipboard that had been neatly organized. (Y/N) looked up at the Puppet dude who grinned down at her due to their height difference. "Well, well, well. Look at that, we're going up against each other little chakra master." (Y/N) folded her arms, looking to Naruto who was grinning at Neji.

"Lucky..." she muttered causing Naruto to grin at her. "Now then," The Hokage continued. "It's time for you to go plan your strategies and eat up or whatever you please. We're all finished unless any of you have questions?"

Shikamaru raises his hand. "May I?" The Hokage nodded. "You said this is a tournament, which means there's only one winner. So does that mean only one person can become Chunin?"

"No that's not the case." The Hokage answered. "For the finals you will be observed by many judges, not only me, but the Kazekage and the rulers and the shinobi leaders of countries that will be requesting missions. Based off your performance in the tournament, those judges will assign you an absolute value. And all those who are deemed to have sufficient ability to be a journeyman ninja even those who have lost in their first round can become Chunin."

"So that means there's a chance all of us can either become Chunin, or all of us could fail?" (Y/N) asked. Lord Hokage nodded. "Yes. Well then, good work! You are dismissed until now for a month!"

(Y/N) knew immediately what she needed to do. "Let's go, Naruto! We gotta find somebody to train us!!" Naruto nodded, looking at Sakura. "Where'd Kakashi Sensei go?!"

"Probably to see Sasuke!" She said quickly. Naruto and (Y/N) nodded, waving to Skura before heading straight to their Sensei immediately.

"Hey where's Sasuke Uchiha's room?!" Naruto yelled rudely at the receptionist at the hospital. "Visiting hours are over."

"But why?!" Naruto yelled with a groan. The woman shrugged her shoulders. "Naruto, you're in a hospital, be quiet." Kakashi said while walking out of a hallway.

"Kakashi Sensei!" (Y/N) was at his side immediately. "You gotta train me! Please! I'm begging you! You could teach me Chidori and everything! Pretty please?"

Kakashi shook his head, putting his hands in his pockets. "I've already found somebody to take care of both your training." Naruto was not very happy, but (Y/N) let her hopes get up just like any normal person would have. "Did you find a legendary Sannin?!"
