Sorry for not posting, school has started up again and things got a little hectic.

(Shiro pov)

I had decided it was best to leave Rin be for about half an hour but it's been two hours since he walked off and now I was on the track to find him I had check almost everywhere other than heading up to the roof. I opened the roof door and looked around to see a figure lying on the ground and I gave a sigh of relief. I looked at the figure and walked over. "Little late to be out isn't it?" I ask him as I sat down beside him. He just hummed in response not too sure what to say. "You've been more and more distant lately." I start off. "Is because of losing your wings?" I ask looking at him and he stays silent for a moment before closing his eyes again, silence overtakes us and I look up at the sky, and then minutes later he breaks the silence.

"At this time of night I would by drifting through the sky looking at the pretty lights down below, I usually came to the true cross and flew above the city before landing on the tower and watching the lights and little specs of people wonder about the town. It was a sight to behold." I look at him as he looks at the sky. "In the day flying above the clouds and being able to feel the air blow past you and the wind could carry you anywhere and you never knew where it would. Just freely spring above the clouds. No rules, no people, no nothing, me, myself, and I." He says with a small sad smile. "Sounds pretty nice," I say. "It was." He says ad then the smile vanishes from his face and he closes his eyes. "I miss them dearly..." He says but I wasn't too sure if it was for me to hear as it was so quiet. "What, your wings?" I ask and he nods along with giving me a yeah.

"In all honesty only now has it hit me that I've really lost my wings forever..." Rin tells me and I looked at him and I see a tear roll down my face I lean over to bring him into a hug. "It'll be alright." But this angered him. "NO, IT WON'T!! I LOST MY WINGS!!" I knew it was not knowing how to deal with the loss and so I kept my arms around him. I kept shushing him and eventually, he let it all out and was just a boy crying in my arms. I rocked him and eventually, he was settled down and he pushed off me and looked down at his hands that where on the ground and his legs slightly bent on the floor as well. I had thought about waiting to ask him but I think now is the best time.

"Rin?" I caught his attention and he looked at me with red puffy eyes that indicated he had been crying. "Would you like me to ask a friend of mine to teach you swordsmanship?" He stared at me before looking away at the sky. "Is it so one day I can use that sword? The one that holds my powers." He asked and I was a little surprised he had asked but I told him yes and he said sure. I wasn't sure why he was so quick to decide but after some thinking and hours later I finally realized... He wants to use his power and swords.

Mephisto's office

(Mephisto pov)

I had been sitting in my office doing paperwork per usual and I wanted to not be doing paperwork at eleven at night but I had to finish it all by tomorrow but lucky me I was interrupted by a knock. "Come in!" I said it loud enough for whoever was on the other side of the door to hear. "Ah, Mr. Fujimoto what brings you here this late at night?" "I want to ask you something about wings, specifically Rin's wings," Shiro says and I narrow my eyes, "I see, well ask away." I tell him ready for whatever questions he may have. "If Rin were to open the sword would he get his wings back?" "No," I say straight up and he sighs. "I think Rin may think that they will." "I see," I tell him thinking about whether I should tell him but decide against it, it will be more fun if I don't tell him yet. "Well, you better be off it's getting late and I have paperwork to finish." He nods and tells me goodnight. "You're very secretive brother." I hear Amaimon say from the corner of the room. It was dark so he couldn't be seen unless he stepped into the light. "No, I'm not I'm just making sure my pawns only know what they must because if they knew things they weren't meant to or didn't know what they had to then they show may not go on and the show MUST go on," I say with slyly.

"I see." He stays quiet for a moment. "Will little brother ever give littlest brother his wings back?" I look to the corner he was in. "Most likely not but..."

"THE SHOW MUST GO ON EITHER WAY!" I shout excitedly and slyly.

The show WILL go on.

The show WILL go on
