Anastasios and Esther walked around town, stopping and looking at stores. Esther stopped, also making Anastasios stop.
"What caught your eye?' Anastasios asked
"I never wore a hat like that especially a fancy one," Esther said, staring at the hat
"Well, then you should try it. Come on," Anastasios pulled her into the store and to the hat that sat on the stand
"Wait, no, Anastasios. I can't wear that or afford it," Esther stated, pulling herself and Anastasios away from the stand
"Oh, come on, Esther. You haven't tried it on and if it seems fit for you then I'll buy it for you like a present," Anastasios smiled, looking at her
"No, let's go," Esther pulled Anastasios, but he wouldn't budge
"Were not leaving until you try the hat on," Anastasios stated, pulling her to him
Esther let out a groan, "Anastasios, I'm not going to try it on and I'm not going to let you buy it, so let's just go,"
"Sir, can we try this hat on?" Anastasios asked, pointing at the hat
"Yes," The staff walked to the hat and got it off its stand, "Will this lady be trying the hat on?"
"Yes," Anastasios said, looking at Esther and smiling
The staff nodded and carefully placed the hat on Esther. The staff grabbed a mirror and showed Esther. Esther tilted her head and examined herself. It was a cream fascinator with a navy blue bow and cream veil with blue specks at the end.
"What do you think?" Anastasios asked, standing behind her to view her also
"I like it, but I don't have many outfits that will match with this," Esther frown, but smiled
"That won't be a problem," Anastasios said, patting her shoulders, "We'll, get this hat,"
"W-what? No, we aren't, sorry," Esther looking at the staff, who took the hat off and was about to step away, "You can place it back on the stand,"
"No, he won't. Please have that packaged," Anastasios nodded to the staff
The staff quickly walked away before Esther could interfere. Esther looked at Anastasios, "What the hell was that? I'm not going to get it. I don't have the money,"
"You might not have the money, but I do," Anastasios grinned and walked away
"W-what?" Esther stood there, clueless until she understood and ran after Anastasios, "You're not buying me that," Esther grabbed his hand
"And why not?" Anastasios asked
"Because we're not here to buy me things. We're here to have fun. Now let's leave," Esther pulled him, but he didn't budge
