*Stella's Pov*

"good morning my love" Ashton whispers as he plants a kiss on my cheek.

I open my eyes and squint immediately because of how bright the room is at first. I look over at him and give him a small smile.

"goooooood morning" I say, running my hand over his chest.

My eyes adjust and I look around the room and towards the huge window.

"wow it looks so beautiful outside" I say, sitting up in bed.

"it's really nice out, want to go for a morning walk down the beach for a bit? The others are still asleep" He asks, looking over at me.

"sounds like a plan" I say smiling.

I throw the covers off of me and get out of bed. I head over to the dresser and take a pair of shorts out for myself and a shirt. I head over to the bathroom and change. Ashton walks into the bathroom already dressed and reaches for his toothbrush. Once i'm dressed I do the same.

"gosh my hair is a mess" I say as i'm looking in the mirror at my frizzy and tangly hair.

"I brought your detangler, I figured you'd forget it at home" He says with a little chuckle.

Ashton knows I always forget stuff, especially if it's last minute. So he always packs things he know i'll need or use in his bag.

"thank youuuu" I say.

We finish brushing our teeth and I go get my detangler out of his bag and start spraying it everywhere in my hair. I grab my brush and start to brush it out, thankfully it doesn't give me too many problems.

"ready?" he asks.

"ready babe let's go" I say back, I grab my phone and head downstairs with ashton.

We walk out the back door and onto the beach.

"So you and Cal were out for a while last night"  He says, looking down at the sand as we walk down the beach.

"I didn't realize we were out for that long, i'm sorry I scared you last night" I say, rubbing his arm a little.

I really didn't realize cal and I were out for that long, we were gone for almost 2 hours.

"Don't be sorry, I just got worried that's all. Has he said anything though? Did he say anything to you last night?" He asks, finally looking up and over at me.

Say anything?

"What do you mean did he say anything to me?" I ask, confused.

"He's just been acting off lately and i'm not the only one that's noticed. The guys have noticed too. We know somethings up but we don't know what. He's just not acting like his usual self we're kind of worried." He says.

"Oh." Is all I manage to say to him as we walk down the beach.

"Just let me know if he says something okay? We just worry about him that's all." Ashton says.

I nodd my head and keep walking.

I knew something was up with Cal last night, I knew it. But what could be bothering him so much?

*Lukes Pov*

I grab some mangos from the fridge and start peeling them and cutting them up. I can hear someone coming down the stairs, it's still early so I figure it's Sierra coming down to see where I am.

"hey babe want some mangos? i'm cutting some up right now" I say, not looking up.

"i'm not your babe, but yeah i'll take some" Calum says.

I look up and see he's grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge.

I want to ask him about last night, but he made it pretty clear he didn't want to talk about it by the way he fled to his room last night.

But i'm going to ask anyway.

"hey so, what were you and stel doing last night?" I ask calmly, still looking down as i'm cutting the mangos.

"nothing we just went out to the beach and in the water. She was kinda upset we didn't get to go to the beach yesterday that's all." He says, taking a sip of his water.

My lips form the "oh" shape.

"It was just late, Ashton was kinda freaking out because she wasn't answering her phone and he didn't know where she went" I say.

"yeah, It won't happen again." He says, about to walk out of the kitchen.

I sigh and put the knife down.

"Calum." I say, looking up at him.

"yeah?" He asks, turning back around to face me.

"Look, I know you like her still. It's obvious. Especially by the way you handled last night. Did anything happen?" I ask.

He just stands there for a sec, biting his lip and sighing. "yeah I still like her but i'll get over it. And no nothing happened last night, we were just messing around and hanging out that's all." He says, finally looking over at me.

"I'm not going to say anything. I just don't want this getting out of hand, or you trying something with her. I don't want you guys fighting over her. This is the first good girl ashton has dated, he's really happy Cal." I say, sighing.

I feel bad for him, I really do. I know he wants to date a good girl. He's had relationships in the past, never good ones. They always ended bad. He deserves someone good for him, but one of those people can't be Stella.

"I know. Don't worry about it, I have it handled." He says, leaving the kitchen.

"So no mangos then?" I yell out to him.

No response.

I sigh and start putting the cut up mangos into a bowl for myself and I head outside to the patio and sit in one of the chairs.

*Calums Pov*

I sigh and walk out of the kitchen back towards the staircase to go back to the room I was sleeping in.

"you like stella?" Is all I hear from the side of me.

I turn and see that it's Maya standing in the hallway.

Shit.
