hello's and goodbyes.

*stella's pov*

We walk inside the house, the music is blaring. I can smell the alcohol on the people brushing past me as we walk through the house to meet up with Sierra's boyfriend and his friends. We're all holding hands as we walk through the crowd of people, when I bump into someone.

"ah! excuse me i'm sorry!" I say as I look up to see who I bumped into.

"It's okay no worries! I'm ashton" the tall guy says smiling down at me reaching his hand out towards me to shake.

wow he's attractive.

"I'm stella. Nice to meet you ashton." I say back, shaking his hand and smiling up at him.

Maya, Sierra and Jules all turn around and look at me wondering why I let go of their hands.

"Ah I see you've met ashton. I was actually about to introduce her and Maya to you guys ash! But it looks like you beat me to it." Sierra says to us.

I look away from him but I can still feel him staring at me. "Well where are the rest of the guys? I would like to meet them as well" I say smiling.

I noticed me and ashton never let go of each others hands.

"oh uh-" I say awkwardly looking down at our hands.

Sierra looks at us both smiling, "hey why don't you guys catch up with us later. Ash you know where the guys are so just meet us there in a bit okay?" she says and leaves with maya and jules.

Ashton lets go of my hand and I can see his face turn a little red, he clears his throat. "okay we'll be there in a sec Sierra" he says smiling back

"So... do you want a drink?" he asks me.

"yes please, i'd love a drink right about now!" I say, looking up at him smiling.

Ashton laughs and he leads the way for us to the kitchen.

*Ashton's pov*

"hey bud i'm gonna head up to the bathroom. Be right back" I say to cal before I leave upstairs.

"okay hurry I think we're going to do another round of shots!" I hear him call back to me.

I walk through the crowd of people upstairs and go into the bathroom. I fix my hair and use the bathroom. I start washing my hands and I look in the mirror and I sigh. My ex girlfriend always hated when I would party, parties were never her thing, so she didn't want it to be my thing either. But that's the past, I can be myself now and actually have fun with my friends. I shake it off as I dry my hands and head back down the hallway and down the stairs. I get off the last step and I bump into someone. I look and see who it is and I don't recognize her.

"ah! excuse me I'm sorry!" the girl says to me and her eyes meet mine.

she's so beautiful.

"it's okay no worries! i'm ashton." I can't help but smile at her, i lend my hand out to shake hers.

I can hear Sierra's voice and I look up and she was standing there with two other girls. One of them I didn't recognize, I'm assuming it's stella's friend?

"Ah I see you've met ashton. I was actually about to introduce her and Maya to you guys ash! But it looks like you beat me to it." Sierra says to stella and I. I didn't know Sierra was friends with stella? Sierra usually tells us if she makes a new friend, she gets really excited about those things

"Well where are the rest of the guys? I would like to meet them as well"  Stella says smiling. She's got the prettiest smile i've ever seen. Just looking at her, she lights up the room. I want to be able to talk to her before she meets the guys, I want to get to know her before they do. There's something about her...
