"R-really?" Amane's eyes shone in pure joy and he wore an impossibly wide grin was on his face. (Y/N) looked at him again and let out a little chuckle.
"Well aren't you just adorable," she said with a smile. The grin never left his face, but (Y/N) saw him flush a bright red when he looked down, and he brought a hand to the back of his head nervously. The spirit laughed and floated down from the windowsill, standing in front of the boy. She returned the pen and notebook to their respective pockets, then she smiled and patted his head lightly.
"I won't be able to grant this wish right away, and I don't expect payment upfront." Amane looked a little upset as she said that, but he brightened up immediately after.
"That's ok! If you can grant my wish, I'll wait as long as it takes, but. . . um. . . don't you use some kind of magic to do things like this?" The bandaged boy was still a little nervous, so (Y/N) explained it to him. She returned to the windowsill and her hakujoudai molded themselves into a sort of canvas.
"Well let's start with one thing, I can't leave the school grounds," a map of the school and surrounding area appeared, "If I try to go anywhere outside of here, my power begins to drain ridiculously fast, and if I'm gone for more than a few minutes I'll completely disappear!" On the board, an image appeared of a cartoonish version of (Y/N) outside of the school, all the color quickly fading and leaving only an outline. Amane frowned.
"If you can't leave the school, then how will you grant my wish?" There's no way she could, right? I won't be here forever. His brow furrowed as he tried to think of ways to work around it.
"I told you I'm gonna figure it out, didn't I? Don't worry too much about it!" She put a hand on his shoulder, trying to reassure him. He looked away again, back at the hakujoudai board.
"Well what about the other thing? It seemed like there was more than that."
"Ah, well that would be the fact that I don't know the first thing about space travel!" She spoke brightly, like that didn't have an effect on how she was going to grant this wish. A crudely drawn rocket appeared on the board, surrounded by question marks and her confused, cartoon-ish face. The brunet's face fell as he realized this would probably be hopeless. The apparition lifted a finger and gently scolded him. The board dissipated and the pink ringed hakujoudai floated out of the door.
"Now now, I told you not to worry! You really do need to learn to listen, because I don't think all of this will work out if you don't," she said, looking at her nails like she couldn't care less whether he got his wish. Then he panicked.
"N-no! Look at my face, see? I'm not worrying, I believe in you. Just please grant my wish," he rushed, going as far as to put his hands together and give a small, respectful bow towards (Y/N). He kept himself like that for the few seconds it took her to respond.
"Oh please, I never turn down a willing customer," she wrapped an arm over his shoulder and began to lead him out of the bathroom, "Come back in two days, I'll have everything ready for your wish then so make sure you're here first thing after school." She opened the door and gave him a gentle push out.
"You might wanna get out of here quick, there's a teacher further down the hall back there," she casually pointed back to where her hakujoudai was, "I bet you don't wanna get caught hanging around here, do ya?" A light blush dusted the boy's cheeks, and he nodded.
"I'll be back. Thank you. Thank you so much!" He smiled and quickly made his getaway. He rounded the corner just in time to avoid getting seen by the teacher. That was a close one, she thought to herself. She folded her arms and floated back through the door. It wasn't the most pleasant feeling, but she didn't feel like waiting for the teacher to pass before she was able to open it herself.

"Hey Tsu-sensei, you got a second?" The girl floated into Tsuchigomori's vacated classroom. School had ended a few hours ago, and she finally had a plan to grant Amane's wish. The teacher appeared as his regular, supernatural self. He sat comfortably in his chair, holding a book in one hand, a mug of what was probably coffee in another, and a pipe in yet another. His other three limbs were resting in various other places on the chair and the ground. He lowered the book he was reading and she saw his elf-like ears, dark hair, and shark teeth.
"Depends, what do you need?" He placed a bookmark in the book he had been reading and set it down on his desk. He propped up his head with his claw-like hand and looked at (Y/N), almost seeming disinterested.
"You know how the moon landing is coming up and everyone's excited about it? Well. . . I got a wish today from a kid who wants to go to the moon," she paused for a second and tilted her head, her hand making a similar motion in front of her, "You know as well as I do that I can't exactly make that happen, so I had a brilliant idea." Tsuchigomori looked at her with a confused glance. She just smiled and clasped her hands together behind her back.
"And I'm supposed to help with that how?" The spider-like man leaned back in his chair crossing his arms. The smile never left the pesky apparition's face.
"Wellllll, I need some of those close-up space pictures of the moon. I figured you, y'know a science teacher of all people, would have some," she shrugged her shoulders, "Besides, you're teaching about all this stuff aren't you?" Tsuchigomori sighed and opened his desk drawer. The ghost leaned over to peek in, but Tsuchigomori pushed her back.
"I'm getting them, back off will you?" he said annoyed, not even looking up at her.
"Fine." She sighed and sat on the nearest desk while he dug around. She could hear various things being shifted in the drawer. After a few minutes, he pulled out a few pictures. (Y/N) hopped up and walked over to where he was holding out them out to her. "It took ya long enough." As she went to grab them, he jerked his hand up a little.
"One more thing, (Y/N)-chan," he said, and she looked at him questioningly. He grimaced at her. "No more crude drawings on my board! I'm getting sick of having to clean them up before one of the administrators walks in. Got it?" The girl feigned confusion.
"What ever could you be talking about? I don't know anything about any crude drawings! You must be mistaken," she said, smirking. While Tsuchigomori was focused on her, a small, pink rabbit-like creature hopped and snatched the pictures. The man sighed in defeat, already tired from his work and not wanting to start anything. He just waved off the small apparition and the grinning spirit who gave it a boost to sit on her head.
"If that was your plan I don't know why you even bothered asking," he said, picking up his mug and taking a sip.
"Thanks, Tsu-sensei! And by the way, just call me Hanako, you know I prefer that. Buh-bye!" she said, grabbing the pictures, waving goodbye, and exiting quickly. Tsuchigomori shook his head at her and resumed his book. On the spine read, Yugi, Amane.
