The Runaway Princess [Link x Reader]

[Chapter VI]

It was early in the morning and even though your an early bird, there was no sign of you waking up soon. You were in a deep sleep, your body releasing all the tense you gathered from your travels. Your breathing was light as the sun began to show, light hitting your unbothered face. Every now and then, your body would move into different positions for you to become more comfortable. Everything was silent except for the bird that were chirping on a tree next to your bedroom window adding to your peaceful sleep. Honestly, it felt like it could last for an eternity.

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!" Jarvis yelled while busting your door open in the loudest way he could possibly muster. This woke you up immediately shrieking at the sudden ruckus. "OOF" Was the next thing that came out of your mouth as you fell off the bed taking the blankets with you.

"Ouch" Jarvis said with a flinch when he saw you fall off the bed. "That's my bad" He continued with a sheepish smile while scratching his neck.

"you..... YOU FUCKER" You yelled angrily trying to get up from the tangled mess you were, you were about ready to strangle him. You felt as if a vein would pop out of your forehead. "Uh oh" the smile he had leaving his face when he saw you get up with the intent to kill. He ran out of your room with you hot on his tail. 

Jarvis ran to the kitchen hiding behind Impaz "Grandma help me pwease" he said terrified on what you would do if you caught him. Impaz had already heard all the commotion from the beginning. To be honest, Impaz was already used to it after having you apart of the family for so long. She just let out a sigh stopping what she was doing to put this rumbling to a stop.

"Okay what's the problem this time?" She asked looking at your fuming face. "THIS ASSHOLE INTERRUPTED MY PEACEFUL SLEEP!!" You yelled trying to find a way passed Impaz to strangle Jarvis.

"I just wanted to say happy birthday" Jarvis said still using Impaz as a shield. "You couldn't have waited until I woken up?" 

"How am I supposed to wait-"

"YOU DO YOU MEAN HOW ARE YOU SUPPOSED TO WAIT IT'S STILL EARLY IN THE MORNING YOU IMPATIENT BASTARD". You were fuming with anger, the one time you actually sleep in, it's interrupted by this jackass. 

Impaz was standing between two of you as you both continued to bicker. She really didn't want to deal with this early in the morning but she no choice. "Okay both of you be quiet" Impaz said with a calm voice. It seemed that neither of you heard her, she started to get impatient as you two kept getting louder. No sign on you two stopping anytime soon, Impaz grabbed both of your arms to pull you down. Next thing you knew she was pulling both of your ears.

"Ow OW"

Both of you were yelping in pain as Impaz twisted both of your ears in her hands. " Both of you quiet down, you'll wake the whole town up with your yelling." She said finally getting annoyed with you two.

"F-fine, just let go!!" You examined trying to pry her hand off. 'How can she have such a strong grip?!' You thought feeling the wrath of Impaz grip. "Yeah we're sorry grandma, it won't happen again." Jarvis said holding onto her arm. It won't happen again? Yeah right, that's what Jarvis always says whenever the situation involves you.

"Hmph" Impaz let go of both of your ears while trying to focus on what she was doing before you two started causing trouble. "I don't need you two in here right now, go tend your horses or something, whatever it is just don't let it be in here." Impaz said grumbling while she did so. 

"Well then I'll be going then" You said walking out of the kitchen, but not without glaring at Jarvis. 

You back to your room stopping at the entrance to see what a mess it is. Your blankets were all tangled laying on the floor. It also seems that some of your things fell off of your furniture. Now that was Jarvis's fault completely. Just thinking about it gets you all riled up again.
