THE NEXT DAY...
NORMAL POV-

Dammit...

LaToya was half asleep in a dark room, her vision blurred, and her breathing uneven due to the rising fever.

Her head was burning up and sweat was pouring. Why hasn't the meds Rangoon gave her last night kicked in yet? Maybe the hallucination drugs were stronger than the pills. Is that why? She didn't know, she couldn't even think straight anymore, she couldn't lift her head or limbs. LaToya felt somewhat paralyzed. The throbbing pain in her splitting headache made her moan in silent agony. At least the hallucinations faded off as said.

Where am I? I...can't move. My body...feels numb. So...tired. My head...hurts.

Not long after 24 hours, the news of the students' kidnappings by the League Of Villains' Vanguard Action Squad was already running around the clock. On every news website, on every tabloid, on every screen.

Tomura was more than amused with all the given publicity accredited to them. The media was already doubting UA as a trustworthy Hero school on the safety of their students, slowly their trust in Heroes was melting away.

Toya slowly awoke, realizing that she was on a chair, her head feeling rather painful leaning dead down, she feebly tried to move her hands and touch her temple, but the clanging of chains echoing through the room alerted her, her hands were in shackles behind the chair. Shit.

She was sweating profusely, it was painful to gulp with the metallic collar clamped a little tight on her neck. She couldn't see much besides a crack of light from underneath the door, not one window. Her ears couldn't catch the sound of crowds. I'm somewhere, where not a lot of people are. So no use screaming for help.

She couldn't feel the sleeve cotton fabric of her jacket anymore as a chill cruised over her shoulders. Only her black rock shirt on her back. She had not had much energy because of the irritating pain, making her partially frustrated and weak. She faded back to unconsciousness.

Kacchan...I hope you're okay...

Just then, the lights suddenly came on, and the metal door creaked open.

Footsteps unhurriedly paced towards the teen. She was too drained to move her head up, react in fear, or show much emotion because of the killing fever. The black-haired villain squatted next to her. His patched-skinned hand held her burning forehead. He carried a bottle of medicine to treat her fever. Kurogiri gave it to him after discovering she was ill.

Problem was, that the medicine was liquid, and she didn't seem like she was going to cooperate.

"Time to wake up, sleeping beauty," Dabi opened the medicine bottle and chugged it into his mouth. He held it in and lifted the gray-haired teen's heavy head. He knew it would be gross for her, but enjoyable for him. He placed her head by his shoulders and braced her lips. He sent the remedy into her mouth, purposely taking advantage by kissing her in the process.

Seconds after she felt the meds kick in, the teen snapped her eyes open at the taste of a foreign tongue in her mouth cavern.

LaToya immediately pushed him off her with her head and spat to the side, "Asshole!"
