Tenya used his move one more time and attempted to throw a swift kick to Todoroki's head.

But the boy managed to duck down just in time. He only had 10 seconds until his engines would start clogging up, Iida dropped another kick while Todoroki was still ducked on the floor. And another to the boy's back, pummeling him to the ground.

"Woah, that was a heavy hit!" Sero jumped, Asui and Mineta gasped.

"I didn't know he can kick like that," mumbled Kaminari.

Todoroki tried to stick Iida's feet to the floor with ice beneath but it was quickly evaded. Tenya grabbed hold of his classmate by his uniform and then dashed towards the boundary line to push him out.

8 seconds left, I got this. If I can throw him out bounds before---

But in briefer than 8 seconds, the frost spread onto the engine pipes on his calves and froze them.

"What?? How did you--" Before he could finish, ice already swarmed his body like the plague - up to his neck. Iida was as stiff as a statue under the ice.

"You forgot I can do precision moves too, didn't you?" Todoroki coyed, his slate grey and teal blue eyes sterned at him with a cold calculating look.

"Iida has been immobilized. Todoroki advances!"

"Todoroki moves on to the finals!"

"Poor Iida," Midoriya sighed with sympathy. He knew the festival was important to Iida because he wanted to impress his older brother - honoring the family name as he was from a long line of Heroes himself. But the loss made him leak a tear in frustration and defeat.

"I'm sorry, brother." He choked.

"Toya, your match is--" Uraraka looked around and noticed she wasn't there. "She left a while ago to prepare, ribbit," Asui answered.
