DAYS LATER...
NORMAL POV-

________________________________________

It had been several days passed into training their ultimate moves.

The 1-A girls chilled out in the common area for the night as they discussed their progress. A while back, Katsuki perfected his AP Shot, which caused a large chunk of concrete to almost fall onto All Might, but luckily Midoriya swooped in and smashed the boulder to pieces with a swift kick. A lot of the students had costume improvements, Kunoichi only made alterations to her gloves and haori to make them fireproof, but they all still maintained the same look.

After brawling against Dark Shadow, Midnight encouraged Toya to aid Fumikage to find a better way in using his Quirk. He only controlled Dark Shadow in the dark for up to 5 minutes remarkably.

Toya smacked Tokoyami in the beak after talking her into forcing him to control his shadow demon the first time and getting herself injured. She had to go to Recovery Girl for the scratch on her cheek followed by a few bruises.

And Tokoyami understood he deserved it after apologizing so many times. After that, he came up with a few moves on his own after learning from Toya's control of Darcy in the darkness, he could use Dark Shadow's strength by merging with him in the daylight, calling it the Abyssal Black Body.

The training overall went smoothly, until Vlad King ordered Eraserhead and his class to scoot over for Class B to start on their ultimate moves. Monoma was being obnoxious, as always. But Toya was tempted into charring him alive with her black fire, her sudden bloodlust was resonating at the thought but she internally held back. Which wasn't worth it.

Class A then learned that both Hero Courses won't be taking the provisional license exams at the same time or in the same location. What's worse is they'll be taking the tests earlier than most curricula, facing other freshmen and sophomores from different schools who had better experiences than them.

The content of the exam remained confidential until the day would come. With less than a week left and the half percentile pass rate on their minds, it was getting stressful for Class A to get up to speed with their ultimate moves.

"Why do we have to work so hard?" Mina lazed her head back on the sofa, exhausted after the whole day of ultimate move training.

"Well, they don't call it intensive training for nothing," Hagakure responded, her energy likely drained from today.

"It's true, we don't have much time before the provisional exam," Momo stated. Kunoichi crossed her legs on the sofa next to Kyoka and Ashido, with a bag of chips in her hands that she and Jiro shared. Darcy purred on Toya's lap as she stroked its dark shadow fur.

"Yaomomo, how's your ultimate move coming along?" The invisible girl asked.

"There's something I want to do, but my body just isn't ready yet."

"What about you, Tsu?"

"You'll be surprised what I've been working on," the frog girl answered, sipping a carton of yogurt milk on a straw.
