"LaToya Kunoichi. Age 15.
A rogue Anti-hero. Convicted of several counts of murder; mass homicides, accomplice to the murders of 5 Pro Heroes, and destruction of property. In the villain world, she had a nickname known commonly as; Nissassa."
Principal Nezu began reading her file out loud with a wanted post of her, paper clipped along with her prison file. "She has a long history of violence. Expelled from several middle schools because of her fighting and untamed psychological tendencies. She had never received proper Quirk counseling, something that every child goes through at an early age.
Her parents, Ravager and Mimic Girl, who were both UA graduates, tragically passed away from unknown causes after a villain attack when she was 4 years old.
She's been beside her mentally unstable older sister. Since after their parents died, they went off the radar and went rogue.
Until recently; 5 years ago, after a failed attempted assassination of a Hero; LaToya was finally arrested. It says that she pleaded not guilty to all her charges and even laughed on court. She was originally sentenced to up to 20 years in a Maximum Juvenile Detention Centre and soon to move to Tartarus until 18. Kept under watch by the Hero Public Safety Commission."
"But she has spent only 5 and was recently released on good behavior. I believe that's all written in her record," Midnight added, she glared at the eyes of the girl on her wanted post by the HPSC at the time, her maniacal smile gave her slight chills.
"Not anymore, Tokyo Hero HQ decided to erase her record clean. Not a single criminal record is saved in any police database. So the media don't know anything about her or her release. And we should keep it that way," All Might stepped in before throwing Toya's criminal files right into a shredder as well as the others.
"The truth is that she was robbed off her childhood, this is the President of Tokyo Hero's way of giving her a chance. To be with her other peers and be what she was before their demise. To be a normal child again."
"By putting her in Class 1-A? They had just experienced a villain attack. Won't putting someone dangerous as her create a bit of tension?" Midnight asked.
"She's as deadly as any villain from what I see, yo," Present Mic concurred. "A serial killer, no less."
"That may be true," Nezu chirped in. "But she has been cleared to have no violent intentions - based on her behavioral records in the past 5 years. Kunoichi has been reformed. The HPSC believe she is committed into becoming a Hero, even though she might not seem like it."
