You Jungwoo and Taeyong sat down in the conference room in silence as Doyoung went out to get the mission info disk. There really wasnt much to be said, Taeyong had found out about your encounter with Jisoo and your mother (luckily not the other end of the day with Changsub and date out with Jungwoo) and felt like he needed to give you some space and time even though you told him repeatedly that you were just fine. Jungwoo hadn't spoke since last night and wast clearly still processing what he had started, you on the other hand almost started a wholeass fight with Yunhee when she started 'comforting' you, of course informed by the members of your 'traumatic' encounter with your mother.
It felt so humiliating that everyone knew about your past with your mother, especially when it was something that was very personal and private, and something that you only wanted to think about when you were revising your revenge plan against her and SM.
Yunhee stuck by your side all morning, pitying you. You knew she wouldn't have done so if Jungwoo was by your side, but he was talking to/getting scolded by Yesung about the events that had occured yesterday - referring to our sudden absence from the convention.
You would understand everyone's worry/gossip if they had heard about you killing your mum and everything after that, but they only knew about you and Bokyung locking eye contact at Yesung's business convention. That part really wasn't that special nor deeply emotional. It's like they wanted something to pamper you about.
You managed to escape everyone by bringing the mission up and telling them that you still, of course, wanted to attend. The only thing that kept you through the morning was the pure excitement of going on a mission... without Yunhee! Your heart leaped at the thought of her absence. You were definitely going to have an exceptional time without her, she was a weigh down to your day and made you want to use Lucas's motorcycle engine smoke as vaping gas.
Yunhee was beautiful and relatively smart. But Soyeon said that you were prettier and practically a genius compared to her... And trust me: Soyeon never lies, even if she really fucking tried. Even though you had doubts, you managed to persuade yourself using Soyeon words.
Doyoung came back and connect the disk to the drive underneath his assigned seat, there the main screen lit up with the words: 'Mission: SPC'
All three of the boys eyes widened.
"Doyoung! Get that shit off the screen!" Taeyong exclaimed, his voice louder than ever.
"Doyoung if you don't get that disk out, I will erase all the things that bring you joy in life" Jungwoo threatened quickly, jolting up slightly as the screen started transitioning to an image.
"I'm doing the best I can, you assholes" Doyoung pulled the disk out of the drive but the presentation on the screen still played.
"Doyoung!!" Both Jungwoo and Taeyong yelled, frantically, they went to the screen to cover it but the damage had already been done.
