2 weeks later
It's been two weeks since Luke left and my life has been up side down. I'm failing math, science, and social studies. I haven't played my cello or violin since he left.
My dad and Kayla have been trying to get me to call him buy it's too painful. Why did he have to leave? I asked myself over and over again.
Their album had been on a loop when my phone is on, and I just stare at the blank screen wondering what I did wrong. I've been an outsider, lonley little girl.
My phone buzzed, I picked it up and saw who was calling. It was this new kid, Jaden. He's in my literature, which sucks because he's alwayd bothering me.
I answered, "Hey, what's up?" I asked heating the waver I'm my voice.
"Nothing, I uh was just wondering if maybe you'd like to see a movie with me?" He spoke quickly. No, wait for Luke to come back. I thought, but what would happen if I went to the movies?
"Lauren? You there?" He asked again, I snapped back to reality.
"Uh..yeah I'd love to. Meet you there in about 20?" I asked.
"Yeah, that's great." He hung up and I looked out my window. Luke, remember him? I asked myself. He will come back, but for now I have a date to go to.

"Hey, glad you didn't skip this." Jaden said as I walked up to him. The old theater was slow and parshly empty. I managed a smile, rubbing my hands against my bare skin.
Jaden looked at me, an eyebrow arched. I went to bite my my spider bites but remembered I had them removed. An ice like stab hut my stomach. He shrugged off his jacket and drapped it around my shoulders.
"Come on, let's get inside." He held my ha d as he bought the tickets to see Into The Woods. It was a kif movie but it was worth seeing.
We got our food and drinks and walked to where our movie was showing. We climbed to the back of the theater and sat down. The lights were dimming and the air got colder.
I laid my head on his shoulder, remembering Luke. I jerked up and startled him. "Hey, you okay?" He whispered in my ear. I looked at him. His dark hair was in his face with his hazel green eyes hiding behind it.
"Yeah. Just memories came to me." I replyed. He looked around in thought.
"About Luke? The guy who left a few weeks ago?" I shook my head, he signed. "I knew this was a mistake." He mumbled. I grabbed his hand.
"No its not. Hr left because of his band, hr didn't have a choice. He's gone." I sat there stunned at the words I just spoke.
Jaden leaned in closer. I did the same out of habit. His lips were on mine, just a soft kiss. I moved away looking at the empty seats. "I shouldn't have done that." He said.
I looked back at him. If Luke and I were meant to be together, he would still be here. "Its okay." I kissed him again moving my hands to his hair. His arms wrapped around my back pulling me closer.
Our lips parted and the kiss became deeper. I moved to his jaw bone kissing it softly and then back to his lips. He let go just as the movie started.
Out hands were now bound together and my head laid on his shoulder.
Hehe she's moved on, just wait till the last chapter.
