♪Chapter 5 ♪

Luke Hemmings goes to my school. LUKE HEMMINGS GOES TO MY SCHOOL! I know he just got back from his tour and every thing but why would be pick Florida over Australia? To me it's just confusing.

I exited the class and started looking for Kayla. Maybe she knew why Luke was at this school. It took me forever to find her, but I finally did.

She was at my locker waiting for me to come."I've been looking for you!" She exclaimed. Kayla pulled me in for a tight hug then let go.

"Luke Hemmings." I said.

"Huh? What are you talking about?"

"Why does Luke Hemmings go to our school?" I demanded.

"Oh that Luke, okay. Yeah him and I go far back. Known him ever sinse pre-school. Why what's wrong?" She asked.

"Nothing just wondering why he goes here." I stopped.

She nodded and showed me to my next class. We didn't have any classes together so we only saw eachbother during lunch.

I took a seat in the front of my class. The teacher didn't even care that it was the first day of school so he gave us a quiz.

It was easy. All we had to do was name the Greek Gods, and what their powers are. But yet again Luke was in my class. He sat next to me and I huffed just loud enough for him to hear me.

"Wow, no ones ever been upset to see me before." Luke chuckled.

I didn't say anything instead I kept working on my quiz until I was finished. I handed the paper to the teacher and he started grading it. His facial expressions were actually quite pleasent.

He handed the paper back to me and I was happy to see that I got an A+. Luke looked over at my paper and laughed.

"Little Miss. Smarty Pants over here just got an A+." He smirked and boy did my heart do a million backflips.

---Time Skip Because I Can Do That---

I rushed out of the building hoping Kayla was already out in the parking lot. But as I got out there a hand gripped my shoulder and I jerked backwards.

"Oh sorry." Kayla said. "I need to warn you about Luke. Stay away from him, I've known him for as long as I could rember but something has happened over the past few years. He's not a good influence. Stay away from him, I'm warning you now so that you won't get hurt later." She had worry In her voice and I actually believed her.

"Okay, well let's get home. I have homework to do." And with that we started our way back home.
