Meanwhile, in another part of the city and in downtown Zootopia, Nick Wilde, the fox that Kane Karter was suppose to rescue was now sitting in the back of an armored prison transport truck. His only way out of the truck was through the back doors that were both closed and locked tight. It didn't matter, though, even if Nick could get out of the truck, there were many ZPD officers standing around outside, who would all thwart any attempt he would make to escape!
Right now, Nick Wilde was wearing a muzzle on his face as well as the Tame Collar he had already been wearing for as long as he could remember, not that he had any choice in the matter. It was bad enough he had to wear that stupid Tame collar, but having that muzzle on too was just torture!

Nick didn't deserve any of this! No predator did! It just wasn't fair!
All Nick had wanted to do was make a place where all predators could go to enjoy themselves and feel free and happy without being forced to wear Tame Collars and having to worry about being shocked or being harassed and abused by any prey! That's why he had created and opened Wilde Times in the first place!

Nick remembered how he had tried to legally get a loan to fund the park from every bank he went to in Zootopia and how all the prey who ran those banks had always denied him a loan just because he was a predator! What was wrong with the prey animals!? This is Zootopia, the city where they could be anything that they wanted to be!
But the prey population of Zootopia didn't seem to care about that! Apparently, Zootopia's famous motto meant very little to them when it came to their hatred and fear of predators.
This city wasn't anything like the Zootopia that it was supposed to be. When you live somewhere like this where not only every mammal is gonna discriminate against you for being a predator, you are forced to wear crappy collars that shock you even when you aren't showing any signs of aggression or hostility and you get constantly harassed and abused on a regular basis, Zootopia really couldn't call itself a city for all mammals!
