(F/N)'s POV

The rest of dinner was filled with me learning about Riley's healthy obsession with comic books and why he went to college to study English; Riley wanted to be a bestselling author and write the type of stories he'd read in the comics. Watching the passion Riley had for both writing and classical mythology flash across his face was infectious; he almost had me smiling! I giggled when he asked, "I sound like a nerd, don't I?"

I shook my head and answered, "You don't sound like a nerd. I wasn't lying when I said I love seeing your passion for what you want to do on your face. You love to read, and therefore love to write. Using that knowledge tells me you'd have some very fascinating stories to tell that I want to read someday."

I watched Riley's cheeks turn the red of his cup as he finished off his Diet Coke and put it on our food tray. I did the same thing with my trash and he asked, "Are you done?" I nodded, he stood up, and took the tray to the garbage; I watched him walk to the bin and smiled at his lean, toned body. How was this man with me? Could someone tell me? When Riley stood in front of both me and his chair, he asked, "Ready to go, (F/N)?" I nodded, stood up from my seat, and took his outstretched hand while smiling. Riley intertwined our fingers together and gently pulled me out of the restaurant, smirking at Wendy as her eyes trailed after us. I waved at her with my free hand and she blushed, forcing a giggle out of me and Riley asked, "What's up?"

I shook my head and answered, "I was waving at Wendy at the counter." He squeezed my hand as we stepped onto the Seattle streets, hearing cars driving next to us and seeing people walking down the sidewalk without a care. Riley smiled at me as we started walking back to his dorm room, my brain on overdrive from all my questions about Jason. I didn't know why I was so hung up about it, but they seemed like really good friends. One cannot fault me for thinking that when I first met him and heard the way he and Riley talked, right? At least, I wouldn't fault myself for how I responded. Riley didn't seem to mind how I spoke to Jason; if anything, he may have encouraged it! I absentmindedly began losing my grip on his hand as my mind drifted back to Jason. I didn't notice the loss of contact until Riley placed his hand on my lower back. I abruptly faced him and asked, "What're you doing?"

Riley continued staring straight ahead, smirking, and replied, "Nothing."

I shrugged and kept walking, not thinking of the fact that Riley's hand was getting dangerously close to my nethers as he went. I gripped his side and whispered, "Don't."

He shook my hand away and said, "No peeking." Damn him! This was his payback for what I did at the restaurant! I kept walking as his hand lowered and slowly wiggled into the back of my dress, stopping on my left buttcheek. I squealed when he groped it and almost ripped my dress in half when I tried to move away. What was he planning? I didn't know. When we got back to his room, he pulled his hand out of my dress and unlocked his door like nothing happened. I frowned at his back as he asked, "You up for sleeping the night, babe?"

I tried to peek around him and countered, "What about your border? Won't they mind?"

Riley entered his room and beckoned me forward. "He's spending the night elsewhere. He won't bother us," he replied.

I scanned the room suspiciously, gave in, and followed. He walked over to the door, shut it, and locked it. Was I really capable of spending the night without killing him? I pondered for a moment and decided it was okay to stay. I nodded and answered, "Of course."

He smiled and said, "Great! I gotta shower quickly, but when I get back, we can set up my bed for both of us." After he spoke, I noticed his PJs on the bed and he was disrobing himself. I squeaked and turned away, giving him privacy. He smirked and said, "You can look, honey. It's not like you haven't seen anything like that before."
