Tenzin was talking to Mako and Bolin in the living room about Korra and Asami's return.

Tenzin " They must have fainted because of the spiritual energy in that specific portal. On the way in the body goes with it but on the way out it lets go of the energy and returns to its normal stage."

Mako " Kind of makes makes sense." He touches his cast arm. He got it off a day ago and was told not to do anything rough. The doctor said it was good enough to heal on its own without the cast supporting it. He just wore a brace around his arm now. Mako heard his name being called from down the hall. It was Korra, he walked down to her room.

Korra " Hey..."

Mako " How are you feeling?"

Korra " Good."

Mako was so happy she came back, now he could tell her how he really felt about her. He felt a little tense and he was currently showing it. Fidgeting fingers and his facial expression. They made eye contact but then looked away.

Korra " Mako... was there something... you wanted to tell me?" She could tell by the fidgeting fingers. It was enough to tell her that it was important.

Mako immediately turned his head to face her again. " Well... um.... yah actually."

Korra " I can tell..."

Mako " Here it goes, when you were gone I was freaking out because I didn't get to tell you what was really on my mind at the party. That I'm in love with you again." He found the courage to tell her and if she didn't feel the same way it was ok.

Korra " Mako... I...Feel the same way too." Mako was shocked to hear that his ex girlfriend said that.

Mako " Really?"

Korra blushes "Yes in the spirit world I kept having dreams about you and me, I figured it was trying to tell me something."

Mako " Did you want to try this again?"

Korra " Us, together again? Well we could give it a shot, I'm willing to try again."

Mako " If you are, then I will too." Mako said with a smile.

Korra stood up and tried to walk to the door but her legs were so wobbly. She tripped and fell forward into Mako's arms. She laughs and they look into each others eyes. Mako reaches in for a kiss and Korra puts her finger on his lips like she used too.

Korra " It's been less then a minute and I didn't think we would get this far in our relationship, huh city boy." She joked then moved in closer and they kissed.

They held hands down the hallway like they used too and walked to Tenzin and Bolin in the other room.

Bolin gasps " Are you two dating again?" Tenzin now pays attention.

Mako " Yes..."

Korra " It's true..."

Bolin gasps again.

Tenzin thinking young love " Well I'm glad your back Korra. "

Korra " Good to be back."

Tenzin " Ok currently a new part of the city is being built and there are no gangs, riots, things that could tear the city apart again happening. So since you two are back together you can spend the however many days it is till Republic city is recovered from the damage and the criminals come back."
