Chapter 12 Part 1

Mako woke up with the sun shining in his eyes. He rubbed his eyes. That dream he had last night might be the last of those for a while.

" Wow Tigah so cute, I'm going to miss them all... Well I'll tell Korra later today then." He got out of bed and walks into the bathroom and washes his face. He brushes his teeth and got some breakfast then heads out to Air Temple island. With a smile on his face he couldn't wait to tell her that he finished his dream. He walked up the many... many stairs. Finally reached the top and knocked on the door.

Pema walked to the front door and saw Mako. " Oh hey Mako. You came early."

Mako " Morning Pema." He says with a smile.

Pema " Korra is sleeping in her room."
She lets him in and he walks down the hallway.

Mako " Thanks." He made it to her room and slid the door open and saw her sleeping upside down on her bed. The same position Rohan left her in last night when he said goodnight. He sat on the bed next to her and she rolled in his direction. She felt his leg there and rested her head on it.

Korra " Hey... hey Mako." She mouthed the words softly...

Mako looks down at her with her eyes still closed. " Hey baby... I finished the dream."

Korra opens her eyes. " Huh? What dream."

Mako pokes her nose. " Us being a family together."

Korra " Oh yah. Was it a good ending? Tell me!!!"

Mako" Don't fall asleep on me then."

Korra " Ok baby..." She smiles.

Mako " It started off where it left off last time."

Korra " After I fainted."

Mako shakes his head. " Ya and your parents came the next day."

Korra " They did huh?"

Mako " Yes and then I almost woke up at that moment and ruined the dream. And then a month went by when I almost woke up."

Korra " Intense huh?"

Mako " Shush anyways so I just put the kids to bed and you got into bed yourself and we were talking then you screamed and kicked yelled..."

Korra interupted. " The baby's coming!"

Mako and Korra started laughing.When Rohan walked in.

Rohan " What baby?!?!?!"

Korra " Rohan what are you doing up so early?"

Rohan " Um... I don't know but what baby?"

Ikki "Rohan they were talking to each other it's none of your business." She walks into view. " Hey Mako."

Mako waves as Ikki grabs Rohan's hand and pulls him away from the room.

Mako " Ok so we rushed downstairs and I called Bolin to watch the kids."

Korra " Wait wait wait! So you left our kids home alone for who knows how long!"

Mako " Korra it was just a dream."

Korra " Yeah but I mean I would have told them to get up, we are going to the hospital and not leave them home."

Mako " But would you have rather fall on the ground giving birth to our child at home or we drive to the hospital and give birth there?"

Korra " Honestly Mako would you leave the kids home alone while we went out?"

Mako " Korra this was my dream, yeah it's messed up but I mean they're not real!"
