Chapter 9

After the party Korra stayed at Mako's place the night. She had nothing to do the next day and he didn't have work for the next couple of days so obviously they are going to hang out.

Kai walked into kitchen and saw Jinora and Meelo making breakfast. Everyone was very tired from last night so Pema didn't get up to make breakfast at her normal time.

Jinora " Morning Kai." He walks over to her and kisses her cheek. A little pink started to show upon her cheeks.

Kai " Did you hear in a couple of days Korra's parents are coming to Republic city?"

Meelo " Ya ya old news we need to plan."

Jinora " Plan for what?"

Meelo " Eska and Desna the Northern Water tribe leaders are coming a day earlier then Korra's parents aka Tonraq her dad chief of the Southern Water tribe."

Kai " Oh wow I didn't know that."

Meelo " Eska and Desna are Korra's younger cousins. They are very boring and weird." Jinora hits Meelo's arm.

Jinora " Yes they are boring and weird but don't go up to their faces and say it." Meelo nods.

Kai " So what is this plan for?"

Meelo " Well we need to stay clear of the twins, yes they are twins. We need to stay clear of them the whole time they are here. Avoid contact at all... TIMES!!"

Kai " Ok..."

Jinora " Meelo that's rude not saying hello to them you know like Welcome to Republic city. Forget the plan we will see if they have changed and if they are still weird or boring we will try our best to stay clear of them." The boys nod their heads. " Good." She walks out of the kitchen back into her room.

At boys apartment.

Bolin " IT'S MORNING IN REPUBLIC CITY!!!" Mako knocks on the wall from his apartment.

Mako " SHUSH WE ARE TRYING TO SLEEP!" Korra moves her head off his chest and looks at him.

Korra " Does he do this every morning?" She rubs her eyes.

Mako " Yes but you can go back to sleep." She rest her head back on his chest and he closed his eyes.

Bolin gets up and makes breakfast and turns on the radio.

Radio speaker " Morning Republic city citizens! Chief Tonraq of the Southern Water tribe is coming in a couple of days to help build the new part of Republic city."

Bolin gets leftover noodles from the fridge they were still good. Then he gets some onion and banana juice. He starts to drink some as...

Radio speaker " Also the Northern Water tribe chiefs are also coming to help build the new part of Republic city..." Bolin spits the onion and banana juice out of his mouth which goes across the kitchen counter. " They are coming a couple of days before Chief Tonraq arrives."
Bolin faints and falls onto the floor with a big thump. Mako heard and got up out of the bed. Korra's head fell off of his chest hard onto the bed.

Korra " Owww... Uhhh... where are you going?" Mako throws on his tank top.

Mako " Bolin fell of his chair again." Korra rubs her eyes and sits up in bed.

Korra " Huh... this has happened before?"

Mako " Many times." He walks out of the room leaving Korra in the bedroom alone. She gets up and follows him to Bolin's apartment. Mako opened the door with his set of keys and they walked in. Korra plops herself onto the couch. Mako shakes Bolin and he wouldn't wake up. " Korra can you hit him with some water."
