Chapter 19

Korra was the first to wake up between her and Mako. Suddenly there was a knock on the door Korra got up and walked over to the door and opened it, it was a guard.

Guard "I have a letter for Avatar Korra."

Korra "Me thanks."

Guard "Nope problem."

Korra "Who is this from may I ask if you know."

Guard "I don't know all I know is that this is from the Fire Nation."

Korra "Okay thanks anyways." She says and then closes the door and the guard salutes and walks away down the hall.

Dear Avatar Korra,

I heard of your accomplishments taking down Kuvira and her army. I did say the Fire Nation would not fight along side you and to make it up when I should have said yes because it nearly destroyed all of Republic City. Kuvira could have taken over and then what would we do a World wide war would start again. So I would like to offer you and Team Avatar and anyone who may have helped during the battle, you may use our beach house down where my family used to go and still goes today as a reward.

Korra "So the Fire Nation wants to congratulate us okay..." She said to herself waking up Mako.

Mako "Your awake this early Korra?"

Korra "Well I'm definitely not asleep."

Mako "Whats that?"

Korra "A letter from the Fire Nation."

Mako "What do they want?"

Korra "Just want to congratulate us on defeating Kuvira."

Mako "Let me see." He says squirming to get up from the bed to read over her should by the door."Their beach house?"

Korra "Yeah."

Mako "We should go. "

Korra looked at him. "When we have a wedding to plan."

Mako "I know but for a little fun like just a few more days."

Korra "I guess a few more days can't hurt..."

Mako "Okay good we can talk it over with the others to see what they think."
He said happily kissing her cheek then leaving the to room to go to the bathroom. After he came back Korra was already dressed. He quickly then got dressed and they walked out to get breakfast.

Asami yawns. " Hey guys." She said sleepily at the table.

Wu " Did you sleep well?"

Mako " Ya..."

The three sat down at the table and ate with Wu and Asami. Korra thought it was after time to mention the letter from Firelord Izumi.

Korra "I got a letter today... um from Firelord Izumi and she asked if we could come. They want to celebrate us taking down Kuvira."

Bolin " Oh I thought you were going to say Engagement and I was going to be like... oohhh they know!"

The two big doors open with a big bang. Four guards came running in with big news.

Guard 1 " Prince Wu!"

Guard 2 " There's a fugitive who broke into one of the stores in the middle ring!"

Guard 3&4 " We are going to need help!"

Guard 3 " That was my line!"

Guard 4 " Sorry... But anyways.."
