First when Mako woke up he went to get his mail. They were already under his door. He picked them up then opened the door and the newspaper was leaning against the wall for him. He picked it up to and then shut the door and sat on the couch. One letter was a just a bill yay! ( Not really yay!) The next one was a letter from his cousin. It was cousin Tu.

Hey Mako it's Tu I took your advice and now my best friend ( my best girl that is my best friend) is my girlfriend. She did love me and turns out I had feelings for her too. She lives with us now because we are a little far apart but when I next see you I'll tell you everything. Thanks!

' Wow he got a girlfriend, I'm so happy. Well I should write back to him soon.'

He put that to the side and the next one was a light green color. It has some fancy writing on it. He opened it carefully and pulled out the letter inside the perfect envelope. He unfolded it...

Dear Mako,

Hello Mako it's Wu. I've been thinking if you wanted to come visit me soon it's been a month yes but I would like to see how your doing. We need to catch up. You can bring whoever you want. Especially the Avatar I want to see if she's ok because I heard what happened down there by the new spirit portal. I have other news to tell you but I'm running out of paper. Anyways come visit me sometime.

' Well I'm glad he wrote and he seems like he is doing fine. I should go visit him soon. Maybe me, Korra, Bolin and Asami. Team Avatar going back to the Earth Kingdom. Well maybe right before the engagement party we should go, seems best at this moment. Well I should talk about this to Korra and see what she thinks, what she wants to do.' He put down the papers and went to the bathroom to wash his face. He heard a knock on his door.

He walked out from the bathroom and opened the door. It was Korra. What was she doing here so early usually if she was coming over in the morning she would come in an hour later or two.

Korra " Morning sweetie! Wondering why I'm here early? Oh did I wake you up?"

Mako " Um... no I was up for a while. Wait why are you here early?"

Korra " Well remember the construction to rebuild the city starts today."

Mako " Oh yeah I forgot well I'll be there today."

Korra " Yeah I know your patrolling down there today must be the new exciting thing at work huh?"

Mako " Well there are no Triads to bust at the moment so yes it is the new exciting thing at work today." Her eyes sparkled and shined at him. Those water blue eyes.

Korra pushes a lose hair back. "What are you looking at?"

Mako " Your pretty eyes."

Korra " Awww..." She walks closer to him and kisses his cheek. Where she could reach at the moment. " Look did you want to come with me or your not ready to go yet? You can watch me the whole time to make sure I'm safe, after all that's what a cop does." She gives him a smirk.

Mako " Where? Oh yeah down to the construction site... um sure one sec let me change into my uniform. But come in." She walks in and sits on the couch and waits for him. He walks down to his room and starts to change into his uniform. Korra looks at his mail. She looks at the bill then tosses that to the side. 'Boring.' Now he walks to the bathroom and starts to brush his teeth.

She then picks up Wu's letter and starts to read it. As he walks over to her She finishes reading the letter. He sees the letter in her hand with her eyes moving left to right.
