After a long time here's Dua's pov.

Dua's pov.

What had happened in these days. I can't forget it. Leaving raza's house I went to m office. I didn't have the courage to go to Baba's house.

It was when Raza started calling me I knew he had read my past. I knew he knew about everything. I told him to reach that house where it all began. I wanted to leave my past where it started. I went there long before he could come. I found those footages of when Kashan used to record his torture. I was shocked that how can a man that cunning be an idiot and leave those behind but he did none the less.

Telling everything to Raza was like tearing a part of me with every word. I was fine untill I saw her. I saw her there in the backyard. Standing in front of me a little away from the flames that had emerged from the ground.

I yelled I screamed I told Raza to save her but he didn't do anything instead he held me I place. I was angery at him for dragging me away from my baby. The last thing I saw before I fell unconscious was him. He had said he'll track me down. He had threatened me and he was right I would go back to where I came from and stupidly I did.

He stood there behind Raza with that sadistic grin on his face but thankfully I didn't stay conscious for longer.

The next thing I saw was the similar hospital walls. I didn't know what was happening but my main concern was to have khadija in my arms. She was there. She was there all along. I cried to Ammi to bring her to me but she just looked at me weirded out.

"Where is Raza?" I asked in a state of dilemma. I wanted him to be here though my whole family was here I wanted him to hold me. He was the one who now knew me inside and out and now I only want him. I cowered back pulling my knees to my chest and hugging my self. I heard the door opening.

Dua" I heard his voice call me. I looked up. My head was hurting and my eyes were continuously stinug with the tears that flowed down freely. I didn't care if my family saw me like this. I don't care I just want to know what happened.

"Where is she?" I asked. My throat felt like it closing making the voice unable to come out. He looked down with his head equally bowed. It infuriated me to know that I once again failed.

"WHERE IS SHE RAZA? WHERE IS MY DAUGHTER? KAHAN HAI MERI KHADIJA BOLO?" I yelled out of frustration. I grabbed both of his arms and shook him. I wanted answers but he wasn't speaking.
(WHERE IS MY KHADIJA TELL ME)

"Dua" he held my face in his hands. This touch sent warmth down my being. I snuggled into his warm palms as he gestured bhai to take Ammi Baba, Abba and the girls out.

"Where is she? She came back Raza. I saw her in our room multiple times. I saw there in the backyard. She's here but then where is she?" I said. I saw her. I saw her close to me. I felt her near me. How can she leave. My voice broke as I chocked on the bike in my throat. My tears knew no bound and so did his. He was crying holding me close to him.

"Dua she's in a better place now. Hmm? She's looking after you. Shes here right here" he said pointing a finger at my heart. Yes she's always in there. She's a part of me she can never leave me.

"I'm a very bad mother Raza. I couldn't save her" the guilt settled in. How can I not do anything for her.

"No meri jaan no you're not. You're the best mother to ever exist. I'll prove it to you" he said taking out a paper from the pocket of his black kurta.

"What's this?" I asked taking the paper from his hand. What I came face to face with what I could only think of in my wildest dreams. My eyes started stinging with the tears building up.
