Luke Scott, 16 year old nephew of the currently missing Jason Lee Scott, had been on a mission to find his missing uncle as The Lone Ranger for two years... currently however, he was at his adoptive 'uncle's' homeless shelter serving food for those who came into the shelter. Luke found the work to be satisfying... happy that he could help the citizens of New Tech City as himself rather than only being able to help as The Lone Ranger.

"Mr. Scott." a kid started to say. Luke smiled as he looked at the young boy and shook his head.

"Now what have I said about calling me Mr. Scott... we're all friends here, you don't have to be so formal with me." Luke replied. The kid smiled back.

"Did you remember how I liked my burger?" The kid asked. Luke nodded.

"Cheese, mustard, no onions, with lettuce and tomatos." Luke replied as he gave the kid his burger on a paper plate. The kid smiled.

"You really did remember! Thanks, Luke!" The kid said cheerfully before he ran to a table with a bunch of other kids, his friends. Luke smiled. He worked hard to remember as much as he could about the people under his care. It was one of the reasons why he had been such a well known and loved person at the shelter. Needless to say, plenty of the long timers who had been searching for a job were pleased when Jack Landors had taken him in.

"Hey Luke, we're running out of vegetables, you think you can run to the farmer's market and buy some? Use the company card if you can go now." Jack said. Luke nodded.

"Sure thing, Uncle Jack. Can you hold down the fort in the food line while I'm gone?" Luke asked. Jack nodded.

"Yeah. I got this. Just be careful... just because SPD and The Lone Ranger caught the rest of the Troobian forces, doesn't mean the city is complete safe." Jack warned. Luke nodded.

"Right." Luke said before he did the SPD salute. It was just something Jack had carried over to his staff when he and Ally started to shelter, but in it way, it comforted Jack to see a small piece of his time at SPD remained intact all this time. Ally smiled as Luke ran past her.

"Veggie run?" Ally asked. Luke nodded.

"Well be careful." Ally said.

"Will do, Aunt Ally." Luke replied before he exited the shelter.

Meanwhile:
Kat Manx was watching some footage of The Lone Ranger again... making a file for Cruger to reference should SPD feel he had become too dangerous to let slide. He was clearly a skilled combatant, having a style that could resemble the martial arts of Jason Lee Scott and the street style utilized by an unmorphed Jack Landors... maybe... whoever this person was had spent some time on the streets.

Kat was taken out of her thoughts when Doggie Cruger entered her lab.

"Sky and the others spoke with you, I take it?" Kat asked. Cruger nodded. Of course Kat would know.

"Yeah. It's time to test C Squad and see if they have what it takes to become the new B Squad." Cruger replied. Kat nodded. Ever since the A Squad moniker was dropped, Earth's B Squad had become a legendary squad throughout the galaxy, other SPD branches worked hard to make squads work as well as Earth's B Squad... Kat wondered how C Squad could continue the legacy, should they be promoted today.

"I'll go tell Boom and get the training simulations ready." Kat said before she went to find her eager assistant.

Meanwhile:
Luke loved walking the streets of New Tech City. As the name would suggest, New Tech City was most famous for the technology that came from the city and Luke loved to take in all of it as he walked the streets. However, the farmer's market was a relatively new location in the city. In some rural areas nearby, farmers grew various things and then went into the cify to sell. Luke supposed that fresh food was appealing to his fellow city folk, since the farmer's market had been popular. However, Jack had managed to strike a deal with many of the farmers... allowing the shelter to by food with a discount, as the farmers felt it would help serve the homeless.
