Hopeless no more/izukus zenkai quirk/izuku the full blooded saiyan: mha x dbz story
Basically in this one, at the age of four he actually got a quirk (izuku midoriya) and it was called zenkai. At first glance it just seems to be whenever he recovers...
The creature in front of Izuku spoke saying what his name was. Izuku simply shrugged this off as he went full power in his base form and charged at this Cell creature... however Cell met his punch head on as it seemed they were equal.
"So you are as strong as Frieza and Shigaraki have hyper you up to be."
"Frieza?! WHERE THE HELL IS HE?!"
Cell simply chuckled as he walked slowly towards Izuku.
"You will have to beat that answer out of me Izuku Midoriya."
Izuku then powered up to his Ikari form as he instantly appeared in front of Cell and punched him in the gut sending him through many many buildings.
"Awww shit... didn't mean to actually kill him... oh well, lets take Ida and this over guy out of here-"
As he was about to turn Izuku could see a figure from the dust walking closer. Soon that figure seemed to be Cell as Izuku kinda got excited.
'Wait! He can actually keep going!'
Cell simply rubbed some dust off his clothes as he smirked.
"Gonna have to hit me home MUCH harder than that to kill me Izuku."
He said as he stretched, he then flew at Izuku faster than before but much slower than his Ikari form. Izuku dodged it and planted a kneed him in the stomach making him gag slightly. Cell jumped back and powered a Kamehameha.
"Wait? Where did you learn the Kamehameha?!"
Izuku asked very much surprised.
"Well my dear dear boy, since you're not leaving here alive i might as well say. I am a being made from many different warrior's cells which include their powers and abilities. The person who owned his technique was one of them."
He said as he fired the blast at Izuku. Izuku simply slapped it away as he head butted Cell making him growl as he smiled. Currently Izuku was getting slightly disappointed as he was only at 10% and he was destroying Cell.
"I'm impressed by your strength Izuku! However, i have faced stronger. And i have a new form on top of that!"
Cell let out a low pitched scream as he powered up. Izuku being curious decided to keep looking and not disturb him as his green skin glowed brighter until it turned fully golden. There he stood with his arm's pumped to the side and golden lightning flashing around him as he had a smirk on his face.

Izuku remembered this from Frieza as he speculated.
