Third person p.o.v

During the two weeks leading to the sports festival people handled it differently, some decided to train, some decided to learn, some decided to psyche themselves up. It was different with everyone. During these two weeks Izuku helped Mirio get used to One for All and boosted his limit to 55%, Izuku still had yet to hit Mirio (granted he was at 1% or less) and Mirio had yet to defeat Izuku. However on the last day of prepping Izuku got a text off of the new third year friend of his.

Mirio: Hey Midoriya! Can you meet me at the beach, you know... the one with all the trash used to be n stuff?

Midoriya: Yea! How come though?

Mirio: I wanna train one last time and talk to you about something.

Izuku nodded even though Mirio couldn't see it and got prepared getting ready to head out. He was curious as Mirio never seemed serious in messages.

An hour later Izuku arrived on the beach to see Mirio looking out at the distance.

"Senpai? What did you wanna talk about?"

Mirio turned and faced Midoriya with a smile.

"You've been holding back a considerable amount... haven't you?"

Izuku sighed and nodded before thinking to himself.

'Thats what this is about... well guess my actions have consequences'

"What a trouble maker you are first year... as your superior you probably need guidance."

He said with a chuckle as Izuku tried to follow along as Mirio turned serious.

"Listen Midoriya... i want to fight you at 100%. Whats the point on fighting against someone who cant be bothered to give it their all? Are you saying your gonna win the sports festival with not all your power? Cause if thats the case that seems pretty insulting to everyone who worked to get there. It doesn't sound like me to say this i know... but it truly is insulting seeing how well everyone treats you and you dont even have the respect to give it everything you have got. So i know i probably will loose... but i want to fight you with everything you have."

Izuku was mesmerised by Togata's speech, he was always great at that. Izuku sighed and nodded. He powered up to 100% NOT transforming as that could easily destroy the city and possibly the country.

"Im ready when you are senpai."

They both nodded and charged at each other, Izuku threw his whole body at Togata but the older male made the younger one phase through him. However.

"Not quick enough senpai."

Izuku stomped the floor causing it all to crumble up obscuring Togata's view so the older male had to unphase to destroy the mountain of rocks, using this moment Izuku instant transmissioned behind Togata and kicked him 100% in the ribs sending him grunting in pain and probably breaking a few ribs in the process.

"Yep... thats strong alright...!"

Togata remained determined though and sunk into the floor, Izuku however had other plans as he pile drived into the floor and into Togata throwing him upwards and gutting him in the stomach before he had time to react. Togata almost spat out blood but swallowed it down as he grabbed hold of Izuku from the punch and pile drived him into the floor making quite an explosion.

Togata actually started to grow angry unknown to his nature as he just saw Izuku swiping the dirt off of him.

"MIDORIYA! Your still holding back... i can tell... a-am i not worthy enough for you?"
