Hopeless no more/izukus zenkai quirk/izuku the full blooded saiyan: mha x dbz story
Basically in this one, at the age of four he actually got a quirk (izuku midoriya) and it was called zenkai. At first glance it just seems to be whenever he recovers...
The dust from the blast settled and as it did, an unconscious Frieza and Cooler laid there with Izuku still in his god state, they were both knocked out and as Izuku was about to kill them as vengeance for his race... some small blue dude appeared.
??: "I'll take from here."

Izuku put up a fighting stance and glared at the man ready to fight him.
Izuku: "How do i know you're not an enemy?"
??: "You've probably heard about me from Goku and Vegeta, I'm the Grand Minister. As these two are a danger to the multiverse i am going to lock them away in Zeno's prison."
Izuku sighed and nodded understandingly as backed away a little before the Grand Minister put both his hands on the brothers and teleported somewhere with them both.
Gm: "I'll reply soon Izuku Midoriya."
He said before vanishing. Izuku then let out a sigh of relief before turning around and seeing someone familiar. He growled as he saw a weird aura coming from the hooded and masked man.
Izuku: "I was wondering when you was going so show up..."
??: "That form..."
This masked saiyan was the one from the mall and after the Cell incident which fought Izuku.
Izuku: "That's right. I've finally transformed into a Super Saiyan God!"
He chuckled before speaking again.
??: "So you too have harnessed the power of the gods..."
Izuku: "..."
Izuku didn't speak, he needed to ready himself for what was coming.
??: "Hmph, that suits me just fine."
He unleashed his ki which pushed back Izuku a bit, his ki hadn't changed colour or anything yet as Izuku gasped a bit at this.
Izuku: "NANI?!"
??: "I was getting worried you wouldn't even be able to put up a decent fight before i slaughter you!"
Izuku: "Rgh, i knew it! You've already...!"
??: "HAAAAAAA!!" (Play music now until end of chapter) A red fiery aura quickly spun around the masked saiyan covering him in a red glow before the ki expanded and pushed away Izuku. The red glow disappeared as a new red aura could be seen and his hood was glowing from what seemed to be red hair. He then pumped his arms to the side and powered up further releasing all his ki.
