Hopeless no more/izukus zenkai quirk/izuku the full blooded saiyan: mha x dbz story
Basically in this one, at the age of four he actually got a quirk (izuku midoriya) and it was called zenkai. At first glance it just seems to be whenever he recovers...
Powerloader: "So let me get this straight... you both want to change your hero costumes into something massively different yeh?"
Shoto and Bakugou nodded as Shoto spoke.
Shoto: "We dont need your company to make them, we just need permission is all. Us both are happy to wear them for you to judge whether it's allowed or not."
To this the two teachers agreed as the students went and got changed behind a curtain, first out was Shoto in his new outfit which resembled Goku's but was a bit different.

Shoto: "How is this? May this be allowed?"
Aizawa: "Yes that's fine, however are you sure you don't want it to have a practical use?"
Shoto nodded as then the other curtain containing the other male slammed open having it break.

Bakugou: "I'm not accepting anything other then this is allowed, before you ask this is extremely durable like Shoto's as well."
Powerloader: "They are both allowed, you may head back to working on your ultimate moves now."
He said as they both nodded and left in their new hero costumes.
Four days later, and in the future
Zamasu appeared in front of Black who was floating slightly as he also meditated.
Zamasu: "Is the deed done?"
Black: "No, i'm currently predicting every outcome that could happen and how to have them all go in my favour, i can not allow the smallest mishap in this."
Zamasu: "Whilst that may be the case Archon is getting a bit annoyed as he hasn't heard from you since the Assassination attempt on Bakugou. How long do you recon it will be?"
