Hopeless no more/izukus zenkai quirk/izuku the full blooded saiyan: mha x dbz story
Basically in this one, at the age of four he actually got a quirk (izuku midoriya) and it was called zenkai. At first glance it just seems to be whenever he recovers...

Third person p.o.v
As soon as Izuku spoke he gutted Frieza many times before the young tyrant even realized what hit him, as soon as the impact settled space Hitler groaned in pain as he spat up blood.
"Oh ho ho ho, seems you've been capable of much much more this whole time. I have to hand it to you, a much weaker race, for inflicting this much damage on me. Since you showed your full power i should show you mine."
An aura filled Frieza as he powered up to about almost double the strength he was now. His physical appearance didn't change but his strength and speed did, he launched a punch at Izuku's face...
"Grrrr...!"
Izuku simply growled as the punch did nothing, the young male glared at the tyrant and grabbed his hand making it crack, Frieza being the smart one backed off and smirked.
"Huh, guessing you can barely speak from the strain of controlling that form right? You needn't answer, i already know. Though i know you can hear me so i will say this. This is only my second! Transformation, out of five! Here, let me bestow the third one upon you, i know your saiyan cells wont stop me as you want a challenge right~"
Izuku simply smirked as Frieza let out a low pitched scream, his ki was skyrocketing by the second shaking the entire country, news reports of this 'earthquake' quickly went live as the USJ grew in fear. He grew slightly shorter as his black horns pretty much disappeared. His head grew out longer as he panted.

"This... is my third form! Your the second enemy to ever see this form."
Frieza then put out two fingers as energy blasts, many very quick rapid fire ones were flung at Izuku, the young saiyan however was easily able to dodge them, this went on for about two minutes until Izuku went upwards above Frieza and fired a massive blast at the young lord. Frieza simply grunted as his body was spread across it.
"Y-your... chances of winning are clear to me now."
Frieza used all that forms strength to push the energy blast back up through the roof of the USJ and into space.
"This form may not do the trick but my next one, about 80% will be more then enough to defeat you."
Izuku simply spat as he watched Frieza power up again, however his subconscious actually felt the power, it was very quickly approaching his own... This form was much MUCH stronger then the last. And Izuku felt that it wasnt even a percent of his power.
"Im in for a long battle huh..."
Frieza finally transformed, he looked not to menacing, and now Izuku knew where he had seen Frieza. He looked exactly like that alien thing in his dreams with this form.
