-Fujin's POV- It's been quite some time since I've interacted with other people, specifically mortals. What will Raiden think, realizing that I've strained our relationship? Will he still be mad? Upset?
Or, stranger yet, will he be happy to see his younger brother? Only one way to find out.

The walk back to Kuai's temple feels long and tiresome. A few of his people look at me curiously, but don't approach.
Kuai makes it to his temple first and opens the door.
Just our luck, Raiden and Hanzo are in the throne room.
Hanzo storms over to Kuai. "Where were you?!" He demands. "We've been looking for you for days!"
He suddenly freezes when he sees me. "Fujin?!"
I nod quietly.

"Hello, Hanzo." I say.
"I—how..." Hanzo sputters, looking caught off guard.
I look ahead at Raiden, who narrows his eyes and comes forward. "Fujin...."
"It is nice to see you again, brother." I state calmly.
"Where have you been?" He sounds more worried than angry.

"Protecting Pangea Ultima from the Titans." I say.
"I did not see you fight, Fujin."
"I did so in secret. You know I am not the most social person."
"What if you had gotten hurt?" Raiden asks, gripping my shoulder and squeezing. He suddenly pulls me into a hug, making me gasp in surprise.

"Raiden...."
"Don't ever leave like that again. I thought you were lost forever."
I sigh, letting my tears fall as I hug him back. "I will not leave again. I promise."

"Everything has gotten worse," Hanzo states, looking at the large fireplace meant to keep us warm.
"My people are sick. Many are dying with each passing day."

"From what?" I ask gently.
"Raiden and I still haven't figured that out." He answers. "But they keep dying without warning."
"Similar to the Black Plague...." I say.

"The Black Plague? How? Such a disaster hasn't hit humanity like that since the 14th century!" Bi-Han states firmly.
"Plagues—diseases specifically—can evolve, change and be immune to medicine. Those people wouldn't drop dead simply from smoke inhalation." I mutter.

"Kuai Liang," I begin, looking at him. "Do you have any books—any knowledge at all about such a disaster?"
"I do. Quite a few, actually. Books about the Black Plague, the Spanish Flu, whatever you need info on, I have it. I'll go get it." He gets out of his chair and runs to his library.

"What makes you think it's some plague?" Hanzo asks.
"....Because I've seen this happen before. I saw the Black Plague wipe out over 60% of Europe's population. It took years for the population to have normal numbers again. I've been alive for a long, long time. I may not know much about your empires, nor how to run them, but I can help explain what is going on." I say calmly.

They all look at me, the fire crackling being the only noise. Raiden looks serious, Bi-Han looks concerned, and Hanzo looks scared. "Let me start from the beginning...." I say.
