AWC: Tagaytay

After the two days business conference, Drake decided to stay for another 2 days before we'll have the flight back to Manila. At first, I was hesitant to agree with him because I missed our son already and I'm not used to be away from Cyke. But later on, I said yes because I can see that Drake wanted to enjoy Tagaytay with me especially that this trip wasn't really intended for that and he didn't expect me to be here. It's a sudden turns of event I guess and all we have to do is to explore the place and make some memories together here. It's a good thing for this will only be the two of us, enjoying the beauty of the place and spending time together just like what we used to do when we were still boyfriend and girlfriend. Though it will be more memorable if Cyke is with us still, I'm happy that we could have this as a way of taking a break from work and just savoring the moment.

Sa tingin ko din ay maganda kung paminsan'minsan magkaroon kayo ng time ng asawa mo para magpunta sa isang lugar at mamasyal. Alam mo iyon, yung kahit may anak na kayo at parehong busy sa trabaho ay nagagawa niyo pa ring makahanap ng paraan para magka'quality time kahit pa na isa o dalawang araw pa yan walang problema kasi sa mga araw na iyon gagawa kayo ng mga panibagong alaala na kayong dalawa lang at bukod pa sa may break kayo from work, may chance pa kayong makabond ang mga mister/misis niyo na minsan hindi na madalas mangyari kasi nga may pamilya na kayo. Being with someone you love is a gift. So, spending your time to that person will always be worth it.

Forget the past, focus on the present and get ready for the future. Every second, minute, hour, day, week, month or year is precious. Don't take time for granted. Make the most out of it. Live your life with happiness, love and hope in your heart.

Don't restrain yourself from enjoying the things around you. Minsan lang ang mga bagay na magaganda kung mangyari kaya sulitin mo. After all, you deserve to be happy.

For our first destination, we decided to take our breakfast in Breakfast at Antonio's. As what I've heard and read from the internet, the place has the perfect view for the overlooking Taal volcano and lake. Aside from that, the beanery also has an incredible breakfast menu like their homemade pork sausage, honey-infused Golden waffles and a lot more.

It's just 7 o'clock in the morning so it's a perfect time to have a great breakfast experience in one of Tagaytay's pride.

After taking our meal, we stayed for a little bit to enjoy the surroundings before we went to Our Lady of Manaoag at Tierra de Maria to attend a mass. Since the Picnic Grove is located nearby the place, we didn't waste our time and went there. The grove was a picturesque and idyllic space for everyone especially, for families and couples who wants to have fun. The tourist spot also offers various activities such as horseback riding, ziplining, swimming, shopping and also, cable car riding. Other than that, there are restaurants and resto-shops to keep you sustained.

Drake and I tried almost all of the activities, well except for swimming because we don't have extra clothes. We both enjoyed and that's already enough. I'm happy because I've got the chance to experience all those activities for a day with the love of my life, Drake. My husband.

Kaya pagod kami pareho ng makauwi sa hotel kung saan kami pansamantalang nanunuluyan habang andito kami sa Tagaytay.

Tatlo palang ang napuntahan namin pero naging sulit ang araw naming mag-asawa. Bukas ay huling araw namin dito bago bumalik ng Manila. Nakakalungkot dahil hindi namin mapapasyalan lahat ng magagandang spots dito pero sa kabilang banda, masaya dahil makakasama muli namin ang anak.

Our flight will be four in the afternoon tomorrow kaya sa umaga bibili kami ng mga pampasalubong at mag-iikot sa mall. Gusto ko rin pumunta ng Sky Ranch para matry yung Sky Eye Ferris Wheel. Maybe we could go there first before going to the pasalubong center. Right, I'll talk to Drake about that one.

Kinabukasan nga ay yun ang ginawa namin ang magpunta muna sa Sky Ranch bago pumuntang mall. I'm so happy we did that. Mabuti nalang at pumayag si Drake. Dahil kagabi palang ay naayos na namin lahat ng gamit kaya wala na kaming inaalala pa. 2PM nang bumiyahe kami patungong airport.

Our 2 days stay here in Tagaytay was memorable not just because the city was full of nature but for it made us create more wonderful memories together. Memories that will stay forever.

Medyo marami ang binili naming pasalubong kaya panigurado matutuwa ang mga taong pagbibigyan namin ni Drake, especially my employees.

Excited na akong mayakap at mahalikan si Cyke. Ghadd. I missed our son so much. Di ako sanay na malayo sa kanya. Iba pala talaga kapag naging ina kana ni ayaw mo ng umalis sa piling nito, gusto mong lagi itong kasama at lagi mo siyang nakikita. Mother's love nga sabi ng karamihan.

Sana sa susunod naming punta dito kasama na namin si Cyke. Gusto kong makita at maenjoy niya ang lugar. Dalhin siya sa Sky Ranch para maexperience niya ang ilan sa mga rides na pambata. I'm sure he'll be happy. Pupuntahan namin ang iba pang magagandang lugar na hindi namin napuntahan ni Drake kasama ang anak namin. Soon.

Inihilig ko ang ulo sa balikat ni Drake saka hinayaan ang sariling umidlip saglit. I felt his warm hand caressing my hair and heard him said the words,

I love you, babe.

Umukil ang isang masayang ngiti saking labi.

Ang sarap sa pakiramdam malaman na may nagmamahal sayo. Na yung taong mahal mo, mahal ka rin.

Mahal din kita, Drake. Mahal na mahal. Piping saad ng aking utak
