"We're leaving in a few minutes honey", I said to my 2,5 years old daughter who was watching tv on the couch.
"Owkay mommy"

Hi my name is Betty Cooper and my daughter where I was talking about is Kaylee. Today we're moving back to Riverdale, my hometown.

Three years ago I found I was pregnant with my boyfriends baby. His name's Jughead Jones, I was so in love with him and I still am right now at this very moment. I was only sixteen when I found out, I was afraid to tell my parents and Jughead, but I didn't felt like getting an abortion.

So I told no one and from one day at the other I moved to New York where I am now. I told no one where I went and ignored phone calls and messages. Which means I haven't talked to my love ones and friends in three years.

When I first arrived in New York three years ago I went to visit Katy. Katy Keene is a good friend of Veronica, my best friend back in Riverdale, and I knew she lived here.

Katy is the only one who knows about Kaylee and she promised me not to tell anyone. And then seven months later I gave birth, which was probably the best day of my live.

I love her with my whole heart and she gives me so much happiness. When Kaylee turned one, I started looking for a job since I quit school after I left Riverdale. For one and a half year I worked as bartender at a club called Molly's Crisis, until yesterday. I finished the work day and told my boss I wanted to quit.

I started to miss my family and friends every day more and more so I decided to move back to Riverdale. And today is the day. I packed everything, which wasn't a lot since I was living a small one bedroom apartment.

I walked towards the small living room where Kaylee was watching tv. I turned off the tv and picked her up.

"Wwhere we goiwng?" She asked as I had her on my hip.

"We are going with the plane to another house where we gonna live and then we are gonna see grandpa and grandma", I tried to explain but she probably didn't understand it.

"Do you know who they are?"

She shook her head no. I expected this to happen since she had never seen them before, the only family in her life was me.

"They're like me, I am you mommy and they are my mommy and daddy", I tried to explain so she would understand.

"Daddy?" She asked confused. God, she is too young to tell her about Jughead yet and I'm not sure if I'm goofing to tell Jughead about her.

"Yes but sweetheart now we have to leave, we don't want to be late do we?" She shook her head convincingly. I smiled and kissed her on her cheek.

I am so happy, I actually don't deserve her. I got pregnant on 16 that's a sin.

I grabbed our suitcases and left the apartment. We took the elevator downstairs and I dropped the key off at the little desk on the ground floor.

As we where standing outside now I called an Uber and he drove us to the airport. Everything went fine, we passed the security without any problems and also he ID-controle.

But once we sat in our seats in the plane Kaylee started to feel uncomfortable and scared.

"Mommy....don't like this", she told me and started to tear up a bit.

"Want to sit on mommy's lap?" She nodded her head quickly so I picked her up from the seat next to mine and place her on my lap, her back leaning against my stomach.

I bounced my knees and kissed her head which made her calm. "Try to sleep baby, before you know we can leave the plane", I told her.

She turned a little so she was laying comfortable in my arms. Slowly she started to fall asleep but when a flight attendant said something through the speakers she woke up again.

"Attention everyone, we're going to take off in a bit, please fasten your seatbelts", It sounded. I already put on my seatbelt so I just ignored it.

Kaylee was in the meantime fully awake and I really wasn't in the mood for a two hours cry flight and neither where the people in front and behind us.

She reached up her hand and touched my face, I knew exactly what she wanted. Out of my purse, that was on the seat next to me, I grabbed her pacifier.

She wrapped her little hands around the hand which I held the pacifier with. I carefully put it in her mouth, she began to relax immediately.

Kaylee had fallen asleep so I watched a movie on my phone that I downloaded back in New York.

Time flew by and Kaylee hadn't woken up once. I got off the plane and grabbed our suitcases as they got out of the plane as well. Don't asked me how I could take both of our suitcases while I was holding my daughter at the same time. I'm as surprised as you are, but hey it worked.
