Hello everyone.... So here is the first chapter...
I felt the warmth of the sun rays that were entering in my room and falling on my face from the window of my room. I forgot to close them the last night. I love my sleep and hence pulled up the blanket to my face but that didn't help either. I am seriously regretting not closing the window panes
The sunlight was disturbing my sleep but I was too tired to go and close the window.
I thought in my mind.
"Let it be like that."
I again got lost in my peaceful sleep and the wonderful dreamland where I was roaming freely. But soon, there appeared to be some shaking in my dreamworld and I could hear distant yet familiar noises. I was able to hear those noises more clearly but again I was tired so I didn't bother to open my eyes and check what was happening
"Meera beta wake up ,its already 10am" my dad shouted from downstairs.
Currently I was sleeping like a dead woman after coming from the hospital.
Who will not, you tell me?
I just came at 5 in the morning from the hospital after one difficult yet successful delivery of one of my patients.
And now my lovely family members are asking me to wake up!
Are you kidding me???
"Meera?wake up and run beta your mom is going to spill one whole bucket of water on you" I heard my father's voice.
I groaned and lazily opened my eyes to see my dad coming towards me with an apologetic look followed by my mother whose face was red with anger. She was glaring at me so hard that I can't even describe. I know very well it's her fake anger but I can't just ignore it. It may turn into real one! And I seriously don't want that to happen. I instantly sat up and run towards the bathroom to save myself from her anger and giggled on the way.
"I'll wait for 10 minutes Meera freshen up and wear a new dress and come downstairs quickly. we have to go somewhere." My mom said and walked out of my room.
I was so confused that where do we have to go to but whom shall I ask? Suddenly, an idea popped up in my mind and I took my phone from table near bed and messaged papa.
"Where are we going?" I messaged and waited for him to reply. After a few minutes my phone buzzed.
I looked at my phone and saw that my father had replied.
" I really don't know you know your mom she won't tell me no matter how much I ask her just come fast or be the prey of your mom. She is looking like an angry lioness"
"Ok dad". I replied
After getting ready and being satisfied by my look in the mirror, I proceeded downstairs. When I reached the living room, the sight was shocking.

I saw my mon was doing nothing but watching t.v, actually news, to be precise. After reprimanding me so much she is enjoying news.
What a women!!
I thought in my mind and went near her. I hugged her from back and said
"Mom why do I have to wear new clothes?Where are we going?", I asked innocently but I know very well that I won't be getting any answers but what's the harm in trying.
"Beta you are late .. just have your breakfast and be fast okay? "by saying this she went to the kitchen. I really want to know where we were going. Actually all the time my father knows about these plans but this time he was clueless too, so i was curious to know.
After having breakfast I went near my father to talk. We had a hearty conversation then and made our way towards the door. After having settled in the car next to my father, I plugged in earphones and mom started driving. All the while, I was observing the changing scenarios and was just wondering.
"Where are we going?"
With this thought roaming inside my mind, I started enjoying our journey to an unknown destination for where god knows what is in store for me
Let's see where it takes me...
