Arjun's POV..

"Anything else?" I questioned my secretary who was standing in front of me holding her iPad. She didn't said for a minute Just kept looking at her iPad. I picked my laptop bag and was about to go when she said.

"Yes sir" i stopped on my track and turned to her.

"Mr parker had a request" she said and I looked at her.

"He wants the meeting to be done earlier than usual " she said.

"Why the change? And when? " I asked her raising my brows.

"Sir day after tomorrow and he mentioned the reason " she pauses but then started again. "He is going to get married and he wants to spend his time with his wife" she completed and looked up.

Wife!

I sighed and said "book my to tickets for LA" I said to her and walk out from my office.

The meeting was supposed to held after a month but now day after tomorrow.! So I have to fly LA tommorow! The meeting was planned earlier we only has to sigh the contract and discuss some points. Other than this I have to see the site of the hotel and new offices building. In short I have to stay 2 long weak there.
Mr. Logon parker is my business associate's son. Same of my age. We meet sometime but its only professional.

I sat in my car and started driving to home.

Home?

I don't know it's my home or a building even now also. Its been 2 weeks from my encounter with Gaurav and the day I stopped myself from hurting my self respect.
I thought she will notice or even ask but no! She isn't what I thought.

I don't know what to feel about it! My mind was just fogged with her and only her!
I sometimes feel that I did a big mistake but I want to rectify it! And I was trying!

I shoot my head to get rid of this thought.i just thinking about it from last 2 weak and now I am tired. Now I think I should talk to Meera. I think we need to open up to each other.
I will tell her the reason why I forced her and may after confessing she may end my torture. And I'll have some peace.

As I stooped I'm front of my house and was about to go inside when my cell buzzed.
I saw it was phone from Karan.(Meera's brother)

I picked the call with frown.
He didn't call me more often we just talked when it's important. But it not like we didn't like each other. It's just a didn't feel to talk much.

I ended the call with a smile on my face. He informed me that tomorrow is her birthday and they will be coming here tomorrow.
It's a good day to talk to her! On her birthday.

I need to buy a cake!

I remember my birthday which was 20 days before our marriage. I didn't anything nor I am planning to do anything on my birthday in future also. But its Meera's first birthday with me.

I called the Baker shop and order them a cake for her they will deliver it on time.

After that as usual.

She was in her room I went there and knock but I didn't stand there for her, I went downstairs.

After few seconds she came. Today was something off! She look awful sad!

May be because tommorow is her birthday and she is away from her family.

I shrugged, now a days I noticed the food taste is change. Its Meera's made food.
She really cooks well!
