Author P.O.V.

"I want to ask something "

Meera heard his heavy voice, she instantly frozen. He was saying anything to after 3 days of complete silence. After ignoring her like she didn't exist now he want to ask something.

What?

She reciprocat the word that her heart ask to her to him.

"What?" She said it like a whisper. The silent surrounding really helped Arjun in hearing she said something.

Without turning toward her he asked in hard and heavy voice which was void of any emotions.

"Why?" As he said Meera shot him a look of confusion.

What why??

What he wants to ask?

"Huhh?" Meera said not understanding his question. He was silent for a minute and then opened his mouth.

"Why now Meera? Why now? What changed? What happened suddenly that you are guilty for all the things. What happened after I was gone to L.A. in between 2 week what changed that the Meera who wasn't ready to ever come in front of me is now asking forgiveness for her doing? What changed that the Meera was not even said a word not even look at me even when I keep standing and talking to her hopelessly. What had changed Meera?" He asked. At first his voice was very emotional, he sound hopeless but at the end he chuckled painfully.

He didn't even raised his voice, he wasn't now talking in hard voice, he wasn't now looking at her with his anger filled eyes then why she flinched when he said all this?
He didn't even touched her then why she felt pain in her heart?

Why?

She didn't answer anything just keep looking down. Silent tears were flowing. The room again filled with complete silence.

"Answer me" he said still not looking at her. This time his voice was little hard. He wanted the answer anyhow!

By now Meera was sure this was now or never. She have to tell him that she know why he forced her to marry him and now she was guilty for her doing. She knew now she had the opportunity to speak, if she didn't then it will get worse which she didn't want. Not at all.

"I-I know why you married me" she said timidly in mere whisper.

Arjun's head snap toward her as soon as he heard what she said.

"What did you said?" He asked norrowing his eyes on her. Like a predator he took two steps towards Meera was still standing on her place looking down.

She gulped when she heard him,

"I-I know the re-reason, why you forced me to ma-marry you" she said shuttering as she saw him taking one more step towards her.

As soon as he heard her his jaw clenched, and fist formed. He was standing at least the distance of 4-5 step far from her but still Meera can feel the the heat of his body due to his anger.

Meera didn't dare to look up, first because of her fear, second because now a days she is becoming the prey of his wrath and right now she didn't want to be. She is soo much scared of his anger now.

He didn't said anything, there was only silence in the room now.

After hearing her Arjun was feeling so frustrated, he didn't wanted Meera to know the reason yet! Atleast not in this way. He wanted to tell her himself but here!
