Skylar's POV

It was the beginning of the weekend and I must say I was actually excited because I can get to sleep in. Work has been good and Alex and I have been on good terms. Justin and I have been going on lunch dates but it was nothing serious for me but Alex always tend to get upset when I do but he always apologize at the end of the day.

I am currently sitting here with Alex as he was about to finish his video conference meeting for this deal we have been preparing for the week which was a contract he really needed.

"Alright thank you guys and I will send over the information after this" he said smiling and then the call ended.

"We did it?" I asked and he smiled and he got up and ran towards me.

"We did it!" I hugged him and he held me.

"Go out with me" he said and I watched him crazy.

"On a date?" I asked shyly and he smiled.

"A friend date to celebrate"he said and I can literally feel the heat rising in my cheeks.

"Okay" I blushed and he nod smiling.

"Alright well, it 5 o'clock now so you can leave and I will pick you up at 7" he said and I agreed leaving the office.

Going into my office, I quickly gathered my things and went to say goodbye to Serenity.

"Your leaving?" she asked.

"Yeah Alex and I are gonna celebrate tonight as friends so he sent me home early" I said blushing and she laughed.

"Okay sweetie enjoy your weekend and see you on Monday" she gave a me quick hug and I headed to the elevator.

Finally arriving outside, I got a cab and headed home. I just played games on my phone until my phone started to ring and it was Emily.

"Good you answered, so I need to know what time your coming home because Anna and I want to go out tonight" she said.

"Oh about that, Alex asked me to go out with him to celebrate this deal he got today" I said and my ears were blown off by the screams from both girls.

"Oh my god, she needs to get pretty for her date" Anna said loudly.

"We need to get you ready, when are coming home?" Emily asked.

"Right now, am five minutes away and it's not date" I said and they laughed.

"Yeah right, see you soon" she hung up and I smiled to myself.

Finally arriving home, Emily and Anna started to bombard me with questions and the door bell rang.

"I'll get it" Emily said and I quickly went to my room to freshen up.

I finished showering and drying my hair, I got dressed in some sweats and went back to the living room and saw Leo, Emily and Anna.

"Hey Skylar" Leo smiled.

"Hey Leo, how are you?" I asked returning a smile.

"I am good" he said and I smiled.

"Anyways babe, we have to go do her hair and makeup for her date tonight with Alex" Emily said and Leo looked shocked.

"Date?" he asked confused which I felt a way but I knew it wasn't a date.

"No, he got a deal done today so he wanted to celebrate tonight since I helped out so that's is all, he even said it was a friend date" I said and Leo nodded.
