Skylar's POV

"What else happened?" both girls asked me as we sat in the hospital room eating icecream.

Yesterday events really shocked me. Actually it shocked the entire world and let's just say my friends had front seats to it as well. I explained to them about everything happened but they were mostly glad that Alex was okay.

Hearing Scott's reaction towards Alex made me worry. I really felt that it was my fault but deep down I was glad that they both decided on it and it wasn't about me. Stella checked in on me this morning and as for Alex he was at work and told me to take the day off since today was our big date.

"Well atleast you can stop feeling like a homewrecker" Em said and I laughed.

"So do you know where he is taking you?" Anna asked.

"No and honestly its nerve wrecking" I said nervously and they laughed.

"Why are you nervous?" Em asked and I shrugged.

"You both already had sex so this should be easy" Anna said and I glared at her and Em laughed.

"I hate you guys" I said and they laughed.

Just then someone knocked on the door and the doctor entered and I remembered him from the first day.

"Hi girls" he said checking Anna and the equipments.

"Okay Anna, so your vitals seem good and the treatment seems to be working so I just want to ask you some questions" he said and she nod.

"Nauseous?" she nod no.

"Tired?" she nods yes.

"How are you feeling?" he asked.

"Just tired honestly" she said and he nod.

"Okay your medications will be given to you soon and then you rest up" he said and she nods.

"Your really doing great" he smiled and he left.

"Doctor Ambert" she said and we nod.

The rest of time we continued eating icecream and talked about everything. Even though I couldn't stand seeing her sick, she seemed perfectly fine.

The nurse then came in and gave her the medications and checked to see if everything was okay. We all then got comfortable and talked her out until she fell asleep. I smiled as she looked peaceful. I really needed her to be okay.

"We love you" I whispered kissing her cheek and Em did the same.

We then walked out of the room and Miguel stood up watching us and we smiled and he sigh of relief. I was worried for him because he looked like he hasn't slept in days.

"When last have you slept?" Em asked and he shrugged.

"Anna wouldn't want that" I said and he sighed.

"I can't, I tried but everytime I close my eyes the fear of loosing her feels real" he said as a tear fell.

Em and I sat next to him and we hugged him as he cried. I understood how he felt. Trust me it bothered me everytime I had to leave but she was fighting for us and I promised to do the same.

"I love her" he confessed and Em and I looked at each other shocked.

"How about we plan something for her and you tell her that?" I asked and he looked up at us.

"Like something special" Em said and he smiled.

"I would like that" he said and we nod.
