Today was the wedding rehearsal. It was only one week left until the wedding and everyone was excited. Skylar got her dressed a little bigger because her stomach was growing but not so much to show that she was pregnant. The wedding party already got their outfits set and everyone was was hurting to meet at the place where the wedding will be held.
The wedding planner, Ms. Merkel was really good. Few weeks back Alex and Skylar went to meet with her for the final ideas and they were in love with the fact that she did exactly as they wanted.
Apart from that they did doctor visits to make sure their child was okay. Skylar also made a duty to keep herself calm so she could have a stable pregnancy. Now they were waiting on the others to arrive.
Meantime, they slowly walked around taking in moment. Alex was extremely happy because a week from now he will be married to the person he loved most. He smiled as Skylar was touching everything she passed by. His love for her could never be compared and that's what made it special for him.
Skylar felt herself getting emotional as she continued to look around.This past year of her life was hectic so for her to be at this much peace was affecting her. She glanced around and her eyes connected with her fiance who was smiling brightly at her. Even to this day, he still made her blush and still gets butterflies. Her love for him never once died and it surprises her when it keeps growing.
Finally the rest arrived and they all hugged and greet each other. There was one surprise though. Skylar and Alex never announced who was going to be the best man and maid of honor so they were excited.
"Okay so Emily and Miguel come here please" Alex called.
Everyone already knew what was happening except them and they were a bit confused.
"What's happening?" Em asked.
"I don't know but I have feeling that were going to cry" Miguel said causing everyone to laugh.
"So we were thinking since you guys have been the first people to be apart of our lives, we want you both to be our maid of honor and bestman" Sky said and they open their eyes wide.
For the first time in a long time, Miguel actually cried. He quickly hugged his brother while Emily engluged Skylar into a huge hug. Everyone cheered and clapped for them.
"I promise never to fail you" Em said and Skylar laughed wiping her tears.
"Pregnancy hormones" I said.
"Right" everyone said and Skylar laughed.
"Okay everyone were going to set up positions and run through twice" Ms. Merkel said.
The priest they chose was a family friend of Skylar's mom. Deacon Jackson as everyone called him. When he was asked to do the ceremony, he was excited because he knew Michelle waited years to reunite with her children.
"Alright maid of honor and best man you guys are last before the bride walks in with Ethan and her mom" she demanded.
Skylar stayed at entrance with her mom and Ethan both at her side. Emily and Miguel took their positions followed by Anna and Leo, Stella and Justin and then the groom's parents starting it off.
Alex was already standing at the altar with the Deacon smiling. The music started and everyone slowly walked in one by one. Of course they had to make sure they were in sync but it turned out fine.
Finally when it Skylar's turn, she did as she was told as well as Michelle and Ethan as they finally reached. Alex then takes Skylar's hand as the Deacon said a few words.

The run through of the rehearsal finished and they were currently around a table eating. Emily was smiling at Leo as they had some news share.
"Okay why are you both smiling?" Skylar asked.
"We have some news"Leo said and everyone gave them their attention.
"Were pregnant" they both said and everyone was shocked.
The girls were the first to stand up and rushed towards both of them hugging and congratulating them. After that one by one everyone else did the same. Emily found out she was pregnant one week before Skylar's which they were both currently 4-6 weeks.
"Were literally going to have kids the same time" Em cheered.
"Two pregnant women yay" Miguel said and Anna nudge him.
"Honestly guys this is great" Justin smiled.
"A joint baby shower" Serneity gasped.
Alex then shook head knowing that they were going to over do even more now. Finally it was time to run through the last rehearsal. Everything went smoothly as planned and everyone knew what they should and should not do.
Night time fall and everyone was getting ready to leave. Alex and Skylar spoke with planner while the rest spoke about the plans for jointed bachelor/bachelorette party.
"Everything is going as planned" Anthony said.
"Do you think they would mind that big of a gift?" Leo asked.
"They can buy everything we just need them to have this" Em said.
"They will kill us you know that right?" Anna said seriously.
"No they wont" Michelle smiled.
"Have you met your daughter?" Stella said and they all laughed.
"Hey guys what you talking about?" Alex said as he Skylar walked up behind them.
"Oh just wedding stuff" Serenity said.
"Right" Skylar laughed.
She knew they were planning something but she just let herself wait to be surprised. They all said their goodbyes as it was time head home.
