"SCOTT'S COMING OVER tonight?" Lydia asked Allison as the three girls stood in the hallway at the end of the school day. Scott had mentioned the date to his older cousin, psyched out of his mind. She had even heard Stiles threaten to de-ball him if he didn't do anything with her.
"We're just studying together," Allison blew it off even though Lilith knew that probably wasn't going to be the case. When she "studied" with Marielle, they never actually studied.
"'Just studying' never ends with actual study. Unless, you know, you're studying anatomy," Lily told her, not really wanting to talk about her cousin's sex life but knowing Lydia would say it in a worse way if she didn't say anything.
"Well, so what are you saying?" Allison asked, stopping while Lydia and Lilith tried to keep walking. The two turned around, feeling bad for the girl who had no idea how to handle a study date.
"She's just saying, you know, make sure he covers up." Lilith snorted at Lydia's while Allison looked heavily confused. "Hello, Snow White! I'm talking about a condom!"
"Are you kidding? After one date?" Allison laughed and Lilith rolled her eyes. This girl really did not understand the teenage sex drive or how strong it was with boys.
"You do realize teenage boys have a huge sex drive, right? Sex isn't something Scott and I openly discuss without Stiles around, which sadly he always is, but he is a teenage boy," Lilith explained. "He will probably try to have sex tonight. Just make sure he, you know, wraps it before he taps it. If he doesn't, I'll kill him."
"And, don't be a total prude. Give him a little taste," Lydia suggested while Lilith rolled her eyes at the term "prude". She hated it as it was a term used by men to put down women just because they didn't feel like sleeping with every guy she knew. But, when women did sleep with guys, they were sluts, so it didn't seem like women could with the patriarchy and why Lilith wanted to overthrow it, along with the government as it wasn't helpful to the people and imposed systematic racism and oppression.
"Well, I-I mean, how much is 'a little taste'?" Allison asked and Lilith started laughing again.
"Oh God, you really like him, don't you?" She asked, a small smile on her face. "Scott finally found a girl who is genuinely into him, thank the Lord."
"Well, uh, he's just different. When I first moved here, I had a plan: No boyfriends until college. I just move too much, but then I met him and he was different. I-I don't know, I can't explain it," Allison told them with a big smile on her face. Lilith was happy for her new friend and cousin, she was just hoping she didn't have to hear about them jumping each others bones all the time.
"I can. It's your brain flooding with phenylethylamine," Lydia said as if it was the obvious answer. Allison looked at the girl like she had grown two heads with a laugh.
