Eclipse

twenty-six.

"Babe, malapit na Christmas break natin, saan mo balak pumunta?" he's playing on his phone while I'm watching Netflix.

He looked at me after the game, "We can spend the Christmas sa Ilocos Sur, then we can go to Ilocos Norte for the New year." He said as he looked up, thinking about our trip.

"Can't wait!" I said as I ruffled his hair. He just giggled as he laid down on my lap to continue playing on his phone. I continued to play with his hair while watching on the television.

Friday came and my friends asked me to go clubbing again, they said na isama ko daw si Sol kasi di pa nila na me-meet si Sol.

"I'll be home around 5pm, sunod nalang tayo sa kanila. I'll pick you up after school." He said on the phone.

"Okay, see you later. I love you,"

"I love you too," He said as he ended the call.

Our class ended 20 minutes early kaya inaantay ko nalang si Sol sa isang coffee shop near my school. I ordered a milktea while waiting for him.

Minutes passed when suddenly the door of the coffee shop opened revealing my sunshine.  Nagtinginan sa kanya yung ibang tao sa loob ng coffee shop. He looked effortlessly handsome in his school uniform.

"Hello baby," He said as he kissed the top of my forehead before he sat on the chair beside me.

Nag kwetuhan lang kami saglit when we decided to head back sa condo nya kasi aalis nga pala kami later.

I decided to shower first dahil kailangan ko pa mag make up. I decided to wear black tube top with white  leather skirt and some heels. I also decided to put my hair up in a ponytail to highlight my collar bone. I'm still wearing the necklace that he gave me.

I'm doing my makeup when Sol got out of the shower wearing a bath robe. He went inside the walk-in closet to change into his clothes.

Natulala ako noong lumabas sya sa walk-in closet. He wad wearing a navy dress shirt with three buttons undone revealing his chest a bit and also his necklace. He aslo had the sleeves of the shirt rolled up so it would look less formal. He just wore black pants partnered with his designer sneakers.

It was 8pm when we got there. Loud music, people getting wasted, dancing, making out and bumungad samin. He wrapped his arms around my waist hanggang sa makarating kamicsa couch na nireserve ni Ali.

"Wow girl ang blooming mo naman," Ali said as she hugged me. I hugged her back. "Sol! Nice to meet you," She said as she hugged Sol.

We also greeted my other friends when I noticed na wala si Cj. "Asaan si Cj? Akala ko ba sasama sya?" I asked Chian bago ko inumin yung alak na nasa baso ko.  "Pass daw sya, babe time daw," Chian said while laughing.

"Hey babe, doon lang ako sa friends ko ha," Sol said before placing a kiss on my lips. "Okay sure," I said after we parted our lips.

Nakakarami na kami noong nag-aya si Ali sa dance floor. She brought a bottle of alcohol with her to chug. We were dancing on the dance floor when I felt that someone is watching me. I looked around and found Sol staring at me, his eyes were dark and a smirk is plastered on his lips.

I winked at him which caused him to smile. I decided to give him a little show so I took the bottle from Ali's hand and chugged on it. Binalik ko kay Ali yung bottle and I proceed to dance sexily. I looked at Sol and I smiled when it looked like he's having fun while watching him. Hindi nya inaalis ang mga mata nya sa akin habang kausap nya yung mga kaibigan nya.

I danced for a while, natigil nalang kami noong inaya na kami ni Alix bumalik sa couch. Nagpaiwan si Chian at Reiah kasi gusto pa daw nila sumayaw.

Ali ordered more drinks for us kaya nag umpisa nanaman kami uminom. I was about to throw up kaya naman nagmamadali akong pumunta sa bathroom. Medyo nag struggle pa ako dahil sa heels ko but I made it on time.

I flushed down the toilet before washing my mouth sa sink. Buti nalang may candy ako sa bulsa  kaya kinain ko muna 'yon bago ako lumabas ng bathroom.

"Fuck," I said noong muntik na akong masubsob sa sahig dahil sa sobrang hilo. Thankfully someone caught me, It was Sol.

"Let's get you home," He said before guiding me out of the bar.

"I drank too much right?" I asked him as he fastened my seatbelt. He just looked at me and laughed a little. My brows furrowed.

"Yeah. But it's fine, I'll take care of you." He said as he kissed my forehead.

"Hindi ka manlang nakapag enjoy dahil sa akin," I pouted.

"I already had enough enjoyment Luna, no need to worry." He said as he turned on the engine of the car.

"Ang damdamin ko'y sa'yong sa'yo, sa'yong sa'yoooo." Sinasabayan ko kasi yung music na pinagtugtog ni Sol. He laughed at me kaya naman napatingin ako sa kanya.

"Why are you laughing? Pangit ba boses ko?" I said as I pouted. Sol placed one of his hands on my thigh as the other is busy with the steering wheel.

"No love, you sound cute."

"Bolero ka," I said as I closed my eyes. Nahihilo na kasi ako.

He carried me piggy back style as we enter the building. Natawa naman samin yung receptionist.

"We look dumb." I laughed as we enter the elevator.

"I'm willing to look dumb as long as I'm with you." He said as he smiled at me while looking at the mirror on the elevator.

"Ang heavy mo babe," He said.

"Put me down then,"

"Ayoko, ang cute mo eh."

"Dumbass," I said as I let out a giggle.

"I'm your dumbass,"

"Yeah, my dumbasss." I said as I closed my eyes.

He gave me a glass of water before helping me remove my make up and brush my teeth. Pinunasan nya rin yung buong katawan ko bago nya ako binihisan ng pantulog. I cupped his cheeks, "Huwag mo akong iwan please, I don't know what to do without you," I said before passing out.
