I stepped out of the car, still a bit dazed. The world seemed to be spinning on its axis a little and the sun felt a bit too bright all of a sudden. "Holy mother of shit, I thought that I was driving like a maniac sometimes but you drive like you're actually being chased by death, Jesus Christ."

She smiled mischievously, a crazy glint in her blue eyes. "What's the fun of having a fast car when you don't drive it to its limit?"

I rolled my eyes, but couldn't stop the grin coming on my lips. "I must say that I like your balls girl, driving my car like you might crash it any minute. You do know I could sue you right where you're standing, huh?" Lies. All lies.

She just smirked and bumped into my shoulder while dropping the car keys smoothly into my hand. "No, you cannot. You let me drive that car of yours by a choice of your own without a contract either. You wouldn't have a foot to stand on in court."

I chuckled and shook my head lightly, walking up to my house in front of her. Halfway up the lawn though, I noticed that she wasn't following me, so I turned back around. She was standing in the middle of the driveway, staring up to the front of the house with wide eyes. "You seriously live in this?"

I shrugged without much doubt. I knew that yes, I had quite some more money than other people, but I wasn't arrogant about it. "Yeah, it's quite alright"

"Quite alright?" She raised her eyebrows and rolled her eyes, lifting her hands a little. "Luke, it's a fucking mansion, which is not necessarily something that people go about and calling it 'alright'."

I smiled and looked to the white four flours villa that I could call my home. "I know that Rebecca, but would you rather have me bragging about it?" She shrugged shortly, face bored. "Anyway, my parents aren't home, they never are to be honest, and there is a pool in the backyard if you want to relax for a second, it's your choice."

I started to walk back towards the front door, but she wasn't following me, again, remaining standing there standing there, a frown plastered on her face.

"What is it now?" I let out an irritated sigh.

Something that could be described as a mix of mischief and some kind of animalistic amusement could be found in her eyes, something that was a little scary to me. "Nothing, I just don't think I like being alone with you in a gigantic house, 'cause no one would here if I'd scream."

I rose an eyebrow, feeling a little unsettled by her atypical change of heart. It seemed nothing like her and the persona she seemed to be. "Calm down singsong, we're here for our plan, not to have sex."

She snickered suddenly, shaking her head like she couldn't believe I'd just said that. She had started this after all, right? "What I meant was more along the lines of you being a serial killer and trying to kill me or something, but it's clear what's on your mind."

I rolled my eyes again, slowly getting frustrated by her offensive behaviour. I wasn't really used to people being so straight forward and sarcastic to me. "I'm not gonna kill you girl, and if I was, lucky for you there still are tons of servants around."

She rolled her eyes and followed me inside, muttering barely audible, "Seriously, servants?

"So, what type of revenge are you thinking of?" Rebecca asked, lying with her back on my bed, her legs thrown up in a ninety degree angle against the wall. "Humiliation, pain, publicly cheating on her?" Her nose wrinkled up in disgust at the last suggestion.

I shrugged a little, not really sure what to say. "I don't know, something very fucking public for sure. And something embarrassing enough to make everyone look at her in disgust. But no, I'm not going to cheat on her, no matter how bad things get. I'm not that kind of person."
