"So what do you think," Tsukauchi asked. "Were you able to use your quirk on him?"
"No, I didn't get the chance," Nighteye told him. "I thought it was best to not let him know we were looking into him. As such I did my best to try stealthily. But we never made eye contact. It was made harder when he and the other students split away from us and chatted among themselves along with Eri. But I think we can agree that Michiya and the vigilante are not the same person."
"But we cannot be sure that they are not connected," Nezu said. Currently, the three of them along with Fatgum, Aizawa, and Ryukyu were in Nezu's office at UA. The internships were over and they were meeting to discuss Izaya and the vigilante. "Though I am curious about what you reported about the vigilante. From the sound of things, it sure seems like he has more than one quirk."
"And that's not all," Fatgum told him. "It sure did look like he had the same quirk as Chisaki. It would certainly explain how he manipulated the walls. While I do not know about the smoke, he also had that crazy speed."
"But Chisaki doesn't have any known relatives," Tsukauchi said. "And even if this vigilante is taking quirks, how did he have overhaul before confronting Chisaki?"
"I don't know," Ryukyu muttered. "But if he is able to take quirks, then could he be behind the cases of people suddenly losing their quirks?"
"There certainly is a chance," Aizawa said. "And there has been an increase in those cases recently. There have even been a few heroes who've lost their quirks."
"Though that can also be the League," Tsukauchi interjected. "Those Nomus certainly have multiple quirks. Maybe the vigilante himself was some sort of experiment of the League's. From what we heard from Michiya and Midoriya, there are different kinds of Nomu. If there are some that can keep their personality and think for themselves, then maybe the vigilante is a Nomu that has taken it a step further. We haven't seen him outside of that vigilante outfit, so he may not be completely human for all we know. Or he could have a transformation quirk that changes his appearance."
"That is a possibility, but then does that mean he's working for the League," Fatgum asked. "Or is he some kind of rouge? In which case, he might be able to provide us with valuable information."
Tsukauchi perked up and reached into his pocket and brought out his phone before answering the call he was getting. "Who is it? Yes... yes... I see. Alright then." Tsukauchi hung up and sighed. "It was the vigilante."
"Is he setting up another meeting," Aizawa asked.
"No, no meeting. Just some information. He said he knew that UA would be doing some sort of summer training camp as usual. While he doesn't know where, he warned that you'd better be careful. He wasn't sure but he felt that something bad might happen."
"I see," Nezu said.
"Well we are already taking precautions with that," Aizawa said. "We're going to a secret location with only a handful knowing where it is."
"Well that's good to hear," Fatgum sighed. "I've taken a liking to Michiya, I wouldn't want him to get hurt. And I'm also hoping he isn't connected to that vigilante."
"That is what I am hoping as well," Neu agreed. "I would hate for my students to be getting mixed up in such business. Besides, I have a feeling that young Michiya isn't up to anything. I can feel that he has the makings and the heart of a great hero."
After that, they wrapped things up and Tsukauchi and the heroes left, leaving Nezu alone with his thoughts. "So, it seems things are starting to become troublesome. I hope nothing bad happens to the students."
